An entire floor of our beach villa Aurora in the first row on the bathing beach of Medulin.
This new architect-designed villa on the bathing beach has separate entrances for each floor and sea views from all rooms.
For a family with small children, the ground floor with a large terrace, PERGOLA and outdoor grill, as well as the lawn in front of the door, is recommended.
For your small child, each beach villa has a baby/children’s bed, a high chair, and a handcart. For families with older children, we recommend the upper floor with attic and roof terrace, which offers a fantastic panoramic sea view.
We offer our guests free beach loungers under mighty pine trees on our private beach plot directly on one of the most beautiful beaches in Istria.
High-quality and very wide box spring beds guarantee a restful sleep.
Large living room with a comfortable seating area in which a high-quality double bed is integrated. In the attic, there is also a living area with an integrated double bed.
Terrace and rooftop terrace with garden furniture, deck chairs and sun umbrellas, as well as a fully equipped kitchen, offer you perfect comfort for a wonderful beach holiday.

At the wonderful bathing beach, you can enjoy the clean and warm sea in the sheltered bay of Medulin, directly next to Camp Kazela, on sun loungers under mighty pines on our private beach plot.
One of the most beautiful rocky beaches of the region, and therefore recommended by the tourist board, is located directly in front of our private beach plot. Since the rock slabs, like in a pool, slope very gently into the sea, most of our holiday guests, even with their children, prefer this beach to the often overcrowded sandy beach.
In just a few hundred meters you are at the white sandy beach "Bijeca", the paradise for small children.
Our villas are located in the regeneration zone, all non-smoking rooms and no pets, therefore optimal for allergy sufferers and asthmatics. The clear sea at the sandy, pebbly, and rocky beach of the Riviera of Medulin, as well as the shady spots under mighty pines and the dreamlike view of the Bay of Medulin with its beautiful islands, guarantee you optimal relaxation.
Because of the pleasant climate, Roman rulers already had their summer palace here. The new district of Posesi is located directly on the bathing beach with the clean sea, borders the Camp Kazela with its magnificent pool landscape, and the new luxury hotel with indoor swimming pool.
