Description
This flat was completely refurbished in 2016. TV and DVD player in the living room and TV in both bedrooms, outdoor furniture on lanai available. Two bedrooms: one with king size bed and one with two twin beds. We have high quality bedding like Tommy Bahama
2 bathrooms: one with bath and shower and one with bath/shower together. Towels, bath towels available also pool towels. Fully equipped kitchen. Washing machine and tumble dryer (bought September 2016) are there for use. New fridge bought in December 2017. New cooker in September 2018. new air conditioner 2018. hurricane shutters in front of lanai new 2020.
Large lanai (like balcony) repainted, new granite countertop, new refrigerator and sink in January 2020.
Hurricane shutters newly installed October 2020.

The flat is located in the complex / community "Falling Waters" and is only about 10 min. from the beach or downtown Naples. Shopping facilities are nearby. The complex is known for its palm trees, tropical flowers and colourful plantings.
The resort has one of the largest and most beautiful swimming pools in Florida. Sunbeds are available. A clubhouse with seating and a lending library is located right by the pool
Tennis court and bocce court are also available
It is a gated community (closed complex with security at the entrance). You can only enter the complex with an appropriate "barcode". There is a picnic area and children's playground near the centrally located clubhouse.

This flat has been lovingly refurbished (finished in September 2016). Also towels, pool towels, bed linen - all new in 2016! You have a beautiful view from the lanai onto a lake with fountain, waterfall and palm trees. You can enjoy a glass of wine there in the evening.
