Spacious, practical (with child) property in a beautiful and quiet location. Nevertheless, you are quickly on the motorway or in the shopping centre. A well-kept flat with everything you need to spend a nice holiday. We felt very comfortable with Hilde and would immediately spend our holiday in Villa Pimenta Rosa again.

We felt very comfortable in the apartment, spacious living-dining room, best kitchen equipment, wonderful view from the terrace, pool! We could start cycling tours from the apartment very easily and were quickly at the coast. So pure relaxation!

Perfect accommodation for a quiet and cozy stay

We, the family, have been in this villa for two weeks and it has been great. The apartment is suitable and well-maintained for 4 people. The pool is perfect. The use of the barbecue is great. The views from the house to the valley are very good and the beach/shopping center is ten minutes away. Very quiet area. The owner is very friendly and helpful with everything we asked for. Everything is fine.

Even before our arrival, the contact was timely and warm. The apartment corresponded to the description and was clean and well maintained. With a great view, we greatly enjoyed having breakfast on the terrace and spending the evening (pleasantly shady). The beautiful, never overcrowded sandy beach and shopping facilities were quickly accessible (approximately 10 minutes by car). The landlords Hilde and Manni were always approachable and had good tips, yet never intrusive. We had a wonderful, relaxing time. Thank you for that.

We will be happy to come back!

The short-term reservation was very easy. We found a spacious and very clean apartment and didn't miss anything. The location was quiet and we only had short distances to the beach or shopping. As soon as we entered the apartment, we felt welcome, were fascinated by the view, and could relax very well. The landlords were always approachable and very discreet. We are already looking forward to our next vacation at Villa Pimenta Rosa!

good for a regular vacation

Well suited for a short vacation, as the apartment and the landscape are truly beautiful. However, not recommendable for long-term winter stays (6 months) like ours. There was no sign of hospitality and friendliness from Hilde; we had to manage the caretaking services ourselves. Parties and events were forbidden for guests, yet the house owners celebrated loudly and extensively. The cleanliness around the house was lacking, and our terrace served as a temporary storage space for used furniture and other items. Our conclusion:
we were partly glad when our day of departure arrived.

Another beautiful vacation

We have been here for the second time now and once again we really enjoyed it. The welcome from the landlords was very warm. Once again, we found a very clean holiday apartment. The equipment of the apartment is top-notch! The location is perfect to find peace and relaxation, yet it is not far from the beautiful beaches and shopping facilities. Wonderful, 120% recommendation

We stayed in the apartment with Hilde and Manfred in August 2018 with 2 adults and 2 children aged 11.
Already the first contact incl. directions and the impression on site were perfect. The flat is as described, everything you need is available and very clean as well as in an impeccable condition. Hilde and Manfred are always available for information or just a nice chat and were able to help us with all issues and are very helpful.
Sanet y Negrals is in a quiet location and yet very central for excursions around Denia. We enjoyed our time there very much and in 2 weeks spent quiet days at the very nice pool as well as at the beaches for swimming and snorkelling and hiking at the Montgo.
All in all, our expectations were met or exceeded and we will certainly not have been there the last time.

A very nice and super clean house and the hosts, 100 points.

During our summer vacation, we spent three beautiful weeks in this house, or villa as you might say. Hilde and Manfred's service is top-notch, they are very kind and super friendly. Whenever we had a problem or needed guidance, they were always there, helping with everything they could. The house is very nice and super clean, and the pool is a wonderful fantasy. Overall, everything was perfect. Therefore, highly recommended.

Traumhaft schön

We spent nearly 2 months in the vacation rental and can only report good things:
The vacation rental was in top condition. It had everything needed for daily use.
The landlords Hilde and Manfred are very nice and helpful. When we arrived, we immediately felt comfortable. The special climate did us very well. The location of the vacation rental is unique and quiet. The terrace had sunshine all day long. We were thrilled because everything was as advertised. Even our parents (80 and 77 years old) who visited us during our stay felt at home right away in the apartment and have only positive things to report. The climate, the sun, the warmth - everything pleased them and did them good. We can definitely recommend the vacation rental.

Pure deceleration!

Pure deceleration! We were in Sanet during the first 2 weeks of August and were completely relieved of everyday stress in the first 2 days. The apartment is located in a very quiet area and is really well taken care of by Manni and Hilde. The photos and information correspond to reality and there were no nasty surprises - quite the opposite. If we come back to the northern Costa Blanca, we will definitely come back here!

VERY GOOD STAY

Hilde and Manfred are very welcoming people.
Their house is well located between the sea and the mountains.
The pool is very clean and very pleasant.
Very comfortable accommodation (only lacking air conditioning and a shelter for the car).
Plan for 15 kilometers to go to the sea, but it's quickly done because there is a fast lane.
I recommend this accommodation 100%.

Perfect, relaxing vacation

We spent three very nice weeks in this holiday apartment. The equipment fully corresponded to the information in the advertisement. Nothing is missing. We can particularly highlight the cleanliness of the apartment.
The house is located very quietly on the edge of the village of Sanet. It takes less than 10 minutes to walk to the town center.
We especially enjoyed the evenings on the terrace with the wonderful view over the Girona Valley and our time at the pool. The wonderful beaches can be reached by car in about 10 minutes. The very friendly landlords Hilde and Manni are very concerned that the holidaymaker lacks nothing and everything is in order. They behave very discreetly, so that one feels alone on the property. Nevertheless, they are available for questions at any time. We can highly recommend the vacation rental. Thank you for the truly beautiful time with you. We look forward to seeing you again.

Enjoy a great winter stay in Sanet y Negrals

It was wonderful once again to spend the winter in this beautiful apartment. Everything was in perfect order as always and of course very cozy with Hilde and Manfred (the owners). This year the weather was a bit disappointing (lots of rain and even a day of snow), but we still had a great time at this fantastic location. Enjoying breakfast on the terrace in the mornings and exploring the surroundings or the beach during the day. We are looking forward to going to Sanet again this year and also to the apartment in Piles on the beach.

Wonderful place of relaxation!

My husband and I spent a week in this wonderful area! Everything is very clean and there is nothing to complain about regarding the facilities. We can only recommend this great vacation rental. It is very idyllic and yet the shopping opportunities are not far away. Everything one desires is here. The beaches are also only about 15 minutes away. The landlords are very nice and helpful, no matter what time you have questions, you can turn to them. We would come back anytime.

Our initial concerns regarding the location were not confirmed, as everything is easily accessible in a short amount of time, shopping by car in 8 minutes, the beaches in about 15 minutes. The location is fantastic and very quiet, you feel "at home" in no time.

We were guests at Villa Pimenta Rosa for two weeks and were greeted and pampered by the landlords. After experiencing a considerable delay at the airport with the rental car, Manni warmly welcomed us at half past three in the morning, and we also had the pleasure of meeting Hilde at this sleepless hour. The apartment was very nice and the pool was perfect. Everything was as described. The location is also great. You can get anywhere quickly, whether to the highway or to the beach. How to write a review for a property where the word PERFECT captures everything (and we really mean everything) to the point. However, we still want to share a few impressions that might be helpful in deciding on this property.
If you want to go on a vacation where you want to completely relax, explore beaches, nature, and landscapes, then book it. If you feel like shopping, experiencing Spanish festivals, and enjoying the nightlife in Denia, then book it. We enjoyed everything, practically right outside our door or just a few minutes by car. The vacation rental is great, plenty of space and everything from towels, bed linens to microwave and coffee machine is available. Cleanliness like we have never experienced in any vacation accommodation, SPOTLESS! 2 covered terraces, depending on where the sun is shining ... a shady spot is always available. The pool is fantastic and truly belongs only to you, as do the sun loungers by the pool ... completely private and very beautiful.
You can park your car right in front of the apartment, so no long distances.
The fact that the owners live right at the property was a criterion for us in the selection process, something we always think twice about ... in this case, it was completely unnecessary.
Hilde and Manfred are two people who have enriched our holiday. In their role as landlords, excellent, always making sure that the vacationer lacks nothing and everything is in order, and that absolutely discreet - the perfect mix... The two have become very dear to us. We will definitely book with Hilde and Manfred again - more vacation, fun & relaxation is not possible.

We spent a week in the apartment in mid-June and had a great, peaceful, and relaxing holiday to recharge our batteries. For us, it was the ideal vacation, with tranquility, a beautiful environment, and everything one could wish for in close proximity. Whether going to the beach, golf course, or mountains, everything is reachable within minutes. The apartment is very spacious, bright, and cozy. A highlight is the fantastic large grill. Perfekter Urlaub

Particularly noteworthy is the cleanliness of the property, which is really not common. In addition, the apartment stands out for its very good facilities. There is practically nothing missing for a relaxing holiday. The pool was available for our exclusive use and was well maintained by the landlords. The landlords are extremely nice, very helpful, and always attentive to make sure you feel comfortable. We could only spend one week there, but we had a great rest and can recommend the apartment without any restrictions with a clear conscience.

Fantastisch appartement

What a wonderful two weeks we had in Sanet y Negrals. The apartment was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. The view of the valley and the fruit trees was breathtaking. Especially in winter, this apartment is highly recommended because when the sun is out, which happens a lot in winter too, it's lovely to relax on the terrace. Hello, We were at Manfred and Hilde's house the week of November 18, 2015. Comment that everything was wonderful. They welcomed us wonderfully. The house clean and everything is new. The surroundings cannot be improved. The house overlooks a valley with mountains in the background and the valley has hectares and hectares of orange trees. It also has a pool.
