Description
The holiday apartment, located on the ground floor and facing south, is located in a beautiful private house in the coastal hinterland of Denia.
The small urbanization Casablanca, in an absolutely quiet location, is inhabited all year round.
The apartment is tastefully, brightly, and friendly furnished, equipped for a relaxed holiday for up to 4 people.
There is a very spacious living room with dining area and open kitchen. One of the bedrooms has 2 single beds, and the second bedroom has a double bed. The bathroom is equipped with a shower.
Naturally, you will find everything in the apartment that you need for a relaxed holiday. TV reception via satellite Astra 19.2 (all common German and international channels) and Astra 23.5 (for Dutch TV reception) is installed. You are welcome to bring your decoder for the reception of pay-TV. Spanish TV is received via DTT.
In the garden, there are several terraces with sun and/or shade, where everyone can find their desired spot. The private saltwater pool is exclusively available for your use during your stay.
The ground floor of a two-family house is rented out. There is a separate driveway with its own parking space and a private, ground-level house entrance. The clever design of the house provides ample sun and shade in the summer, while in the fall/winter the low-standing sun provides welcome warmth inside as well. Thus, this apartment is an ideal place for an extended stay, even in the off-season. Please ask about special conditions for long-term rental.

Location and surroundings of object
The small village of Sanet y Negrals is located in the Marina Alta, precisely between Valencia and Alicante. 5 minutes from Ondara and 10 minutes from the finest sandy beach on the Costa Blanca.
The spacious holiday apartment is located in the small urbanization Casablanca in a completely traffic-calmed area. On several terraces, one can relax far away from mass tourism. The view over the beautiful Girona valley with its orange plantations up to the mountains on the horizon is unique every day.
The place can be reached on foot in 5 minutes. Here you can find, among other things, bakeries, butchers, supermarkets, an Estanco (tobacco shop), and also a pharmacy. There are restaurants in both classic and upscale categories. The patron saint festival takes place annually at the beginning of September. The shopping center "Portal de La Marina" in Ondara offers many stores with various assortments, small boutiques, internationally known clothing and shoe stores, as well as a Carrefour market with the well-known large mixed assortment. Various restaurants also cater to your culinary needs.
The district capital of Marina Alta is the nearby Denia, a very popular tourist destination. Enjoy the extensive sports and cultural offerings. From the ferry port, you can reach the Balearic island of Ibiza by fast ferry in about 2 hours, a nice day trip. In the evening, you leave the hustle and bustle behind and enjoy the peace and the beautiful starry sky on your terrace.
Sanet y Negrals is the perfect base for small and big excursions. The N-332, the main north-south traffic avenue on the Costa Blanca, can be reached in 5 minutes. Cyclists find ideal conditions here: whether with a trekking bike through the orange groves or with a road bike on extensive tours over the very good roads here in the Marina Alta. Anyone who has ever been surrounded by the intoxicating scent of blooming orange trees will never forget this experience.
Bicycles can be rented nearby at good rates in specialty shops.
The mild climate on the Costa Blanca invites you to play golf all year round. The Oliva Nova Golf Club is just a few minutes' drive away. It offers a 9-hole and 18-hole golf course near the beach with palm-lined fairways in an exclusive ambiance. A spa and wellness area is available for relaxation.
The La Sella Golf Resort with its 27-hole golf course is about 10 minutes away by car.
The Golf Club on the outskirts of Gandia offers a 6-hole golf course, an affordable pleasure for beginners.

In 10 minutes, one can reach the Marjal Nature Park in Pego, a paradise for nature lovers. On their website, one can find information about flora and fauna, hiking and climbing routes, as well as all sorts of interesting facts in several languages. A popular destination is the surrounding mountains, which invite you to see the almond bloom in spring and then the cherry bloom. A wonderful time for extended walks or hikes. During harvest time, farmers in the villages offer their delicious, hand-picked cherries for sale at reasonable prices.

For hygienic and safety reasons, only classic swimwear is permitted in the pool.
This includes: swim trunks (knee-length or shorter), swimsuits, bikinis.
Not permitted are: street clothes, long pants, loose shorts, full-body clothing, or garments not specifically intended as swimwear.
We ask for your understanding that this rule is necessary for water quality and guest safety. The pool area is for relaxation
So that you can enjoy the pool safely and comfortably, we ask you to observe the following:
Do not jump into the water from the sides, do not cause flooding.
Water is precious – please use it sparingly.
Ball games are only allowed with inflatable balls or soft balls.

Everything that is important to us
Spacious and functionally equipped apartment and kitchen, with a sunny terrace and beautiful view, the pool may also be used. Very nice and helpful landlords. Good starting point for cycling and hiking, as well as excursions into nature. Everything worked out great for us. We have been there twice already.

Beautifully located holiday apartment with everything you need to spend a relaxing vacation in a peaceful environment. Mrs. Vinken, the landlady, was very nice and gave us good tips. Our furry friend also enjoyed it here, and we would love to come back sometime.

Pure relaxation
The location is excellent, very quiet by Spanish standards, it is not a tourist coastal resort, but that is the advantage.
In addition, there is a very beautiful view from the terrace, peace and quiet at the pool to relax and Mrs. Vinken is very helpful with all questions that arise during a holiday and can give many tips.
I felt very comfortable and used the location mainly for extended cycling tours in the near and far surroundings, but there are also possibilities for many other activities.
I hope this will not be the last time I stay there and I will gladly come back again.

Beautiful quiet location in well furnished flat
We stayed in Sanet y Negrals for 3 weeks and were absolutely satisfied. If you like it quiet, you are in good hands here. The landlady is very considerate of her guests and there was time to chat.
The flat is very well equipped, we wanted for nothing.
We will gladly come back again.

Great summer holiday
We liked it very much, the pool was really nice and the view super. It was pure relaxation. Hilde is a very discreet landlady who is very helpful and friendly. It was a great holiday. The flat is really well laid out. We were there with four people and there was enough space. It has been very nice. We would book it again.
