This is a very comfortable house, about a 400 m² detached property, a typical house with about Fries 90 m² of living space. Superurlaub für Familien
Dieses wunderschöne Haus ist für Familien bestens geeignet. Es gibt viele Spielmöglichkeiten im und um das Haus herum (ganz in der Nähe Spielplatz und Indoorspielpark Sturmfrei).
Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung ist sehr sehr reichlich und lässt keine Wünsche offen.
Vielen Dank und wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Sehr schöner Urlaub in der Nordseeperle
wir 2 Erwachsene 1 Kind haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in Ihrem wunderschönen Ferienhaus.
Auch das Wetter hat es sehr gut mit uns gemeint, somit konnte unser 7-jähriger Sohn auch testen, welches der vorhandenen Fahrräder für ihn das richtige war.
Es ist alles vorhanden, was man für einen Familienurlaub mit Kind benötigt. Sehr gut fanden wir, dass es eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner gab.
Die beiden Schlafzimmer im Obergeschoss sind sehr großzügig bemessen. Es hat alles Platz und man kann sich noch gut bewegen. Unser Sohn war begeistert, dass es einen CD-Player im Kinderzimmer gab, da wir diesen für die wichtigen CD's zu Hause vergessen hatten.
Die Terrasse mit den neuen Gartenmöbeln war sehr schön und konnte sogar zum Grillen genutzt werden. Wir hoffen auch im nächsten Jahr unsere Sommerferien in diesem schönen Haus verbringen zu können.

Sehr schöner Urlaub in der Perle
Wir, 4Erw. und drei Kinder, haben uns rundrum wohlgefühlt in der Nordseeperle. Alles noch angenehmer und schöner als auf den Bildern. Restaurant Alte Schmiede und Aggi Stube waren ein toller Tip. Übergaben waren problemlos und informativ. Für das Wetter kann keiner was, aber auch dafür gibt es Alternativen. Danke für alles.

Wohlfühl-Oase an der Nordsee
Wir, 3 Pärchen Anfang 30, hatten einen wirklich sehr schönen Aufenthalt in der Nordseeperle. Die Betreuung und Tipps der Vermieter ließ keine Wünsche offen. Das Ferienhaus mit seiner Ausststtung und dem liebevollen Ambiente ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Dear guests, we are a family with - us the parents and - three children aged now already 3, 8 and 10 years. After several years of holidaying in Neßmersiel, in 2016 we fulfilled our dream of spending much more time here : the Nordseeperle ! The house was previously owned by a family whose children are now out of the house. It should be suitable for allergy sufferers but still cosy and offer everything that is needed for a successful North Sea holiday. Then the car does not have to be loaded up to the roof! (Almost) everything for young and old is available (toys for inside and outside, waffle iron, TV in all bedrooms - except the one for children ....). We would be happy if you feel as comfortable as we do. Best regards !
