Casa "Shalom" is quietly located and offers a beautiful view of Lake Maggiore. In addition, the house has its own parking space and is a non-smoking and pet-free house. On the ground floor are located:

The furnished terrace at the back offers you a view of the vast forests and also of Lake Maggiore.

Cancellation terms:

Here is the translation to English: Cancellation by the tenant must always be made by email. The following conditions apply: Partial payments will not be refunded in the event of cancellation. For cancellations up to 60 days before the day of arrival, 30% of the rental amount is due. For cancellations up to 30 days before the day of arrival, 60% of the rental amount is due. For cancellations from 14 days up to the day of arrival, 100% of the rental amount is due. If you do not arrive within 24 hours after the agreed date without further notice, this will be considered a cancellation and 100% of the rental amount is due. In the event of cancellation on our part, any payments already made will be refunded.

Reservation:

We rent out casa “Shalom” in the months April through October.
In the high season, only full and consecutive weeks are rented from Friday to Friday.
In the low season, the arrival day and number of days are negotiable.

Additional costs:

Mandatory final cleaning per rental period €75
You must bring your own bath and kitchen linen.
Bed linen can be rented €12.50 p.p. or you can bring your own. Cancellation insurance:

It is recommended to take out cancellation insurance.

Rental conditions:

The maximum number of guests allowed in casa "Shalom" is 6 persons.

Mandatory registration of the main tenant and specification of the number of persons.

Casa “Shalom” is ideally suited for families and older couples.

Casa “Shalom” is not rented to groups of young people where no one is 25 years or older.

Smoking and the presence of pets is not allowed, due to possible allergies of other guests.

Charging electric vehicles such as cars and bicycles is not allowed.
