Our like-new (completed May 2015), 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa with top modern facilities and 10 metre pool is waiting for you. The modern equipment and design will inspire you.
The following beaches are nearby: Manasota Key Beach is a 10-minute drive away, Nokomis Beach is 18 minutes away and Siesta Key Beach is 30 minutes away. Manasota Key Beach is pristine and unspoilt, Nokomis Beach with its beautiful shell beach is still an insider's tip and Siesta Key with its white beach made of pure quartz is world famous (voted best beach in the USA several times in recent years).
Shamrock Park and Nature Center is only 8 minutes away: Play free tennis or discover Florida's nature by bike on a 17 km long trail, for children there is a large playground and basketball court and much more in this beautiful 32 hectare park. And best of all: parking at the beach and the centre costs nothing!
Our quiet yet centrally located tropical Villa Lemon Tree leaves nothing to be desired - here you can spend an all-round relaxing holiday.
A heated pool with 10m length invites you to relax and do sports
Large (140sqm) air-conditioned house in a quiet area of Venice, with German service, Free Cable TV, telephone, High Speed Internet (50 Mbit). For up to 6 persons, 1 living room, 2 bedrooms with king size beds, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 bath/WC-tub, 1 bath/WC-shower. For self-catering there is a fully equipped open kitchen (4 ceramic hob with oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer with ice dispenser, crockery, cutlery etc.) with breakfast bar. All common household appliances (hoover, iron, toaster, gas grill for outdoor use, coffee maker. etc.) and textiles ( towels,bed linen etc.) are available. 4 bicycles are also available.
Furthermore you can use the washing machine and a dryer,. Long-term tenants are welcome. A German caretaker is available for you if there should be any problems
The water in the pool is purified by a salt system, which has the advantage that the water is only contaminated by a small amount of chlorine. The salt content in the water is so low that it hardly tastes "salty".

The magazine "US News" published some time ago that Venice was voted in the top ten of the most beautiful and best places in the USA (and the only city in Florida!) Venice has a good infrastructure, low unemployment, the lowest crime rate in Florida, super nice long beaches, good restaurants, a yacht harbour, its own small airfield, flight schools, various nature parks, theatres, cinemas, all imaginable shopping possibilities and doctors in all special areas including an on-site hospital.
Golfers come from all over to play the award winning golf courses.
The Intracoastal Waterway, beautiful bays, rivers, canals and coastline offer just about everything a boating enthusiast, diver or fisherman could wish for
Whether you are a fanatical beach goer or just want to relax, Venice's numerous, long, white sandy beaches offer something for everyone. And the best thing is that even in high season, the beaches are still empty.
By the way, Eurowings flies directly from Frankfurt to Ft. Myers, which is about 1 hour's drive from Venice. Tampa is 1.5 hours away and Orlando 2.5
Venice has a sports airfield with a large training programme for private pilots. There are also sightseeing and charter flights available. There are several boat rentals in Venice. In Florida it is possible to rent powerful boats and move around without a licence. All that is required is a brief instruction, which is provided by the boat rental company. A boat can be arranged.
For motorbike fans, there are two Harley Davidson branches in the vicinity where you can rent bikes.

"Any time again"
We had a great 12 days here with my in-laws (who are already here for the second time at Villa Lemon Tree). It is a beautiful modern house equipped with everything you could possibly want. We all felt very comfortable and had great support from Torsten with some tips for sightseeing and restaurants. Torsten was always available to answer our questions. Thank you very much and all the best to you!

What a fantastic place to stay!!!!
We have been renting houses for many years now, in various places around the world. Spending the long-awaited annual holiday in the style of a local has always been our way of finding relaxation. And with the Armbruster family, we were offered much more. Starting with the booking: the contact was first class! All questions were answered, tips on the trip, the surroundings and things to do were included and so we set off with a great feeling. The house is breathtaking. As we were travelling with our little daughter and our parents, it was very important to us to have a good room layout and to have security for our little one. And lo and behold: the pool fence was there, the baby cot as well and she could feast in the great high chair with the whole family at the table. Either inside, at the big dining table, or outside, where, thanks to the cage, not even the mosquitoes bothered us! The nights were great thanks to the air conditioning and comfortable beds. The barbecue was of course tested several times and is one of our clear favourites! Something went wrong? No problem - the washing machine and dryer took care of everything in no time! The environment is exactly as you would expect from a film. Everyone greets each other, people show consideration for each other (my husband is a passionate jogger and was always greeted while running, although the cars drove in a large circle out of consideration! Collecting shark teeth is definitely addictive :-)
All in all, it was a fantastic holiday and it is our heart's desire not only to give a very clear recommendation, but also to express our deepest thanks to the Armbruster family! We will be very, very happy to come back!!!!!

Holiday feeling from the 1st minute
We were immediately thrilled when we first entered the Villa. The holiday feeling was there right away. Usually, it takes us some time to arrange everything in our holiday homes to feel comfortable. This was not the case at all in Villa Lemon Tree. Everything was very nicely and modernly designed and, above all, very clean. Nothing was missing. So, the holiday could start right away. We especially liked that the house is so peacefully located, allowing us to eat outside in peace surrounded by small geckos basking in the sun, stripey squirrels sitting in the trees, and even a raccoon stopping by. The pool is sparkling clean and is cleaned weekly. The neighbors are very friendly and always waved to us. We also took the opportunity to take the ferry to the private beach. It was also very beautiful there, and we could collect shark teeth and watch dolphins. Unfortunately, the beach visit had to be cut short because a storm was approaching and the gentleman from the ferry called out to the beach visitors to return using a megaphone. But the other beaches in the area are also very, very beautiful and easy to reach quickly. Rene, the property manager, was very reliable and immediately available when called. So all you need are your personal belongings to enjoy a carefree vacation at Villa Lemon Tree. We thank the Armbruster family for this great holiday accommodation and the very nice contact. The tips for us as Florida rookies were great and really helped us. We would stay here again anytime and can recommend the villa 100%.
