Description
Our holiday home is a comfortable, very well equipped detached bungalow with terrace,garage and a bicycle room with four bicycles. On a living area of approx. 80 m² there are two spacious bedrooms with comfort beds (1 x double bed,1 x 2 single beds (all 200X100) + 1 sleeping coach) two bathrooms, a large living room and kitchen with dining area. The house has been completely refurbished and renovated in 2008-2011. All the furniture consists of selected quality furniture. Here you can feel comfortable and really relax.
Outside you will find a seating area for the evening sun (garden bench in the entrance area) and a fully furnished terrace with garden chairs and parasol. A garage is available for your vehicle and as a tenant you can use the ferry bikes free of charge.

Location and surroundings of object
The house is in a quiet residential area of ??the seaside resort holiday. No through traffic, ideal for children. Central location to the town center, 200 meters to the beach. Near shops within walking distance. Transport links accessible by bus to Wilhelmshaven, Jever on foot in a few minutes. One of the most picturesque resorts of the southern North Sea. This applies not only to the excellent infrastructure and the maintenance of the spa facilities but is also marked by the beautiful Frisian landscape, the very large recreational facilities, including indoor and outdoor pools, spa facilities and excellent gastronomic offers. Self use the large supermarkets in Horumersiel, the grocery store and bakery in Schillig and the popular discount store in the vicinity.

Unfortunately, weekend rentals/short rentals are not possible.
Long-term rentals at special prices are possible by arrangement.

The house is fully and comprehensively furnished with everything you need for a comfortable holiday.
Bed linen and towels are not provided, you must bring them with you. Bed linen can be rented from the manager for a fee. The furnishings and bedding are suitable for allergy sufferers. Pillows are available in both short (80X40) and large (80X80) versions. All mattresses have been purchased according to orthopaedic principles so that you will not have back problems during your holiday.

Hooray , we were back.
4 Borussia fans spent their dream holiday again after 2 years
Dream holiday in the comfortable HAUS ANNE.
Everything was just right here again, the peace and quiet, the cleanliness and

A stroll through the old town of Jever, a bike ride to Hooksiel
Hooksiel and a fish dinner at the Albrecht smokehouse in
in Harlesiel was our holiday programme.
An evening walk on the beach was simply a must.
The 4 of us will gladly come again, because HAUS ANNE
and the beach of Schillig are worth a visit.

Holiday home House Anne
A very well-kept house, garden with a sun lounger, four chairs, and a table, also suitable for families. Quiet location and very short distances to the beach, I didn't think that the information about 200 meters was correct, but it is. Very good equipment, especially in the kitchen, everything is available, just great. The garage was just right for me as a car fan, but you hardly need the car on site as a lot can be done with the bicycles available (four). Highly recommended. *****

A house for relaxing
We felt very comfortable in the House Anne with grandma and a 1.5-year-old child. The bungalow has everything you need for a North Sea vacation, even with a small child. As everything is on one level, there is plenty of space to crawl! The house is located directly behind the dyke, so you can quickly reach the beach. In the village of Schillig, there are small shopping options, and you can easily reach the 2 km distant Edeka market by bike (we were without a car on site). The house is TOP maintained!

A comfortable holiday home with a well-kept outdoor area, as well as a super nice, modern, spacious house to feel good in. In the best, quiet location. Ideal beach location and bike tours with available bicycles. A visit to the Naval Museum in Wilhelmshaven should not be missed.
We lacked nothing, and that's why 4 vacationers thank and find the House Anne highly, highly recommended.
