This beautiful new villa "Tomani" is located in a small village called Krmed, near Bale, and only 8km from the sea. It is situated in a quiet location and has everything what you need for a perfect holiday. The Villa is an exclusive, brand new (built in 2016) and in the whole villa you can see the istrian details. It consists of ground and first floor with a total area of 320 m2. On the ground floor: fully fitted and equipped kitchen, dining area, large living room, a bedroom with fireplace, two bathrooms and terrace with table and chairs. First floor: three bedrooms, three bathrooms, terrace with seating area. Each bedroom has a SAT TV. The whole house is air conditioned and has free Wi-Fi connection. In the living room there is a TV, and in one of five bathrroms there is also a wash machine. Bigger garden of 600m2 is surrounded with a stone wall, and privacy is guaranteed, whether you sit in the garden, swim in the pool, sunbathe or have a barbecue. Private parking.

Location and surroundings of object

This house is located in a small village called Krmed, near Bale (about 6 Km). The town of Bale-Valle is situated at a height of 140 meters above sea level and lies at the intersection of roads leading to Rovinj-Rovigno, Pula-Pola and Trieste (Italy), only 5 kilometres from the sea. The town developed around the medieval castle of the Sardo and Bembo families in the 15th century and is mentioned in the earliest written documents as the Roman settlement Castrum Vallis. It is yet another typical Istrian town built on a hilltop with narrow streets and stone houses that create a special atmosphere. The town is dominated by the bell tower of the Parish Church of St. Julian, built at the end of the 19th century. The Bembo Palace has recently been completely restored, nearby is a fine example of a town loggia, whereas the town centre is under protection. In just 20 minutes you are by car to the beach (Barbariga) and for minutes at Pula Airport. Since the house has 4 bedrooms, is ideal for two families, each having two or three children.

Comfortable dream house

After about 850 km of driving, we were in paradise. The house is fantastic, very clean and comfortably equipped. The entire house is air-conditioned, so you can sleep relaxed even in the heat. The pool deserves 5 stars + . Everything has been thought of in this property to make the holiday even more enjoyable. The young landlords Kristina and Elvino welcomed us personally at the house and were available for us at any time afterwards. The fridge was already filled with drinks and a fruit basket with fresh fruit was on the sideboard in the kitchen. The hospitality during our stay was warm and indescribably beautiful.
After a week, the whole property was cleaned and the bed linen and towels were changed.
The surrounding area is rural so a car is needed. Nevertheless, everything is close by. If you need hustle and bustle, this is not the place for you
We can recommend this house without any reservations and would be happy to come back.
