The holiday home is divided into an upper area and a lower area.
In the upper area there are two bedrooms, a dining and kitchen area, a living room with a beautiful view of the sea and a bathroom with shower and toilet
The partially covered terraces have a total size of 120 sqm with private pool.
In the basement there is a small newly built flat with a bathroom and a small kitchen with washing machine
The flat is about 18 sqm and has its own entrance and terrace
The house Morea is only rented out completely
There is a parking space in front of the house.
The garden has been partly newly laid out.

The house is detached, located in the small village of Blemenani.
The nearest shopping facilities are in Kyparissia, 3 km away
Kyparissia is a small harbour town with all shopping facilities, restaurants, doctors and a hospital.
Blemeniani is located just outside Kyparissia on a hillside. You can enjoy a beautiful view of the sea and the sunsets. Excursions to the ancient sites such as Olympia (60 km), Sparta etc. are possible as a day trip.
You have 50 km of beaches in front of you, which are not overcrowded even in the high season
Here the Caretta turtles lay their eggs in May/June, and in September you can watch the little turtles hatch.
The tranquillity, the view, the friendliness of the people and of course the nature will inspire you.
The entire region is ideal for an individual holiday and extremely family-friendly.

Super holiday
We stayed in this lovely accommodation for 2 weeks. The description here is right! Unfortunately, you don't always... The location was really great... We visited a lot of places, enjoyed the beaches and also the pool at the house...We can only recommend the nearby taverna and the old water mill opposite...All in all it was a successful and relaxing holiday for the 3 of us. We can only recommend this accommodation! Thank you for everything :-)

Perfect domicile to switch off
For us it is always important to be able to switch off on holiday and recharge the batteries. Nowhere does this work better than in this holiday home.
The house is situated in the hillside with a view of the sea, a bit away from the hustle and bustle of the city or the beaches. However, restaurants, town centre and beaches are all within easy reach, an estimated 5-10 minutes by moped or car. The sunset can be enjoyed daily from the terrace.
The small but nice pool at the house makes it possible to cool down when it gets too hot. So neither pool nor beach lovers will miss out. Another highlight is the outdoor shower right next to the pool - taking a shower outdoors late at night under the starry sky is breathtaking.
About the house itself: The rooms are all well-maintained and air-conditioned, the house has a small kitchenette including a cooker top, so breakfast, lunch and, if desired, dinner can be prepared. For lunch and dinner, however, we prefer the barbecue, which is available at the house, as well as restaurants. The upper floor consists of kitchen/living/dining room, two bedrooms, toilet/bathroom. In the basement there is an additional bedroom, as well as toilet/bathroom and there is the possibility to do laundry, so hand luggage is usually sufficient for flying
We fly there every year and it is a highlight every year!

Like home
You really feel at home in this house! Beautifully maintained, clean and top equipment. The house is a few minutes' drive from the town of Kyparissia. Absolute insider tip: Ammos Beach Bar. Suuuuuper tasty food and really not expensive! The beaches are also beautiful and most of them have a small bar, we always had something to eat and drink there. Also absolutely affordable prices!
We will definitely be back this year and are really looking forward to it.

TOP holiday home!!!
Wonderful holiday home with Greek flair. Surrounded by various fruit trees and a breathtaking view of the sea, this house invites you to relax and feel good. In the evening you can enjoy the sunset with a glass of wine from the pool. After a 5-minute drive, you are also right at the sea and in the city centre. We will definitely come back!
