Our thatched holiday semi-detached house (built 08/2015) is located on the island of Usedom on the high shore of the Szczecin Lagoon, a few minutes' drive from the imperial spas. The house is part of the "Fischerdorf" holiday complex, which extends over 14 hectares of park-like grounds with light trees. From here you can take tours into the partly untouched hinterland of Usedom or visit the three imperial resorts of Bansin/Ahlbeck/Heringsdorf with their white beaches and long promenades. Swinemünde in Poland is also always worth a trip. Enjoy peace and relaxation
On an area of 67 m² over three floors you will find everything for a relaxing holiday. On the ground floor you will find the cosily furnished living and dining area with fireplace, as well as a guest toilet. The very well-equipped kitchen contains an oven, ceramic hob, fridge with freezer combination and dishwasher, as well as everything you need for cooking. On the second floor there is a bathroom with open shower 1.40 m x 0.90 m and two bedrooms. The master bedroom is furnished with a double bed 1.60 m x 2.00 m and the children's bedroom with two single beds 0.90 m x 2.00 m. A staircase leads from the children's bedroom to the bedroom. From the children's bedroom a staircase leads to the open attic (max. headroom 2.12 m). Here you will find two further beds 0.90 m x 2.00 m.

The semi-detached house was handed over in August 2015. Since the completion of the outdoor facilities in October 2015, we have offered the accommodation for rent.
The house is located on the high shore of the Szczecin Lagoon.
