The stone farmhouse exudes the authentic charm of a country home, with a relaxing and simple atmosphere. Surrounded by a spacious garden, it offers outdoor areas with tables and chairs for al fresco meals, plus table tennis, table football and a life-size chessboard for fun with family and friends. There’s also a barbecue area and a wood-fired oven, perfect for homemade pizza and bread. The villa is ideal for two families, who can rent the entire property as a single villa while still maintaining their own privacy, as it is divided into two completely independent units. The main apartment includes a kitchen with fireplace, a spacious living room (with the possibility of adding an extra bed), a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. The second apartment, smaller in size, consists of a living room with a sofa bed (2 sleeps), kitchen, storage room, a bedroom with double bed and French bed and en-suite bathroom with shower. In the pool area, there is also a bathroom with shower and washing machine, convenient and functional for guests spending time outdoors.

The heart of the event lies in Piazza Enrico Mattei, where the vibrant Taste Market unfolds, hosting local specialties and international stalls. The village shines in other seasons, too: in February, the Regional Fair of the Precious Black Truffle delights lovers of bold and intense flavors; and in August, the Summer Black Truffle Fair returns with markets, shows, and family entertainment.
