Description

Villa Gea is a modern private villa with swimming pool in the Marche region, just 12 km from Urbino, one of the most important centres of the Renaissance and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Built in 2023, the villa has a contemporary, linear style, with essential spaces but equipped with all comforts. Immersed in the greenery and tranquillity of the Marche countryside, this villa is the ideal place to spend a totally relaxing holiday, enjoying the splendid saltwater infinity pool overlooking the surrounding landscape. Its composition in two units on three levels, both for the exclusive use of the client, makes it perfect for two families who want to spend their holidays together while maintaining their privacy. A dominant feature of the interiors are the large windows, which not only brighten up the spaces but also provide a natural continuation with the outdoor landscape. Guests have at their disposal two large porches, equipped with tables, chairs and sofas for dining and enjoying pleasant moments in company. In addition there is a barbecue area and a ping pong table to challenge fellow guests. A few steps away from the villa is a lovely agriturismo where you can taste typical local dishes and go horse riding even with the little ones. The proximity to the centre with all the main services and sports facilities including padel courts, tennis courts and a riding school make this property suitable for all types of guests.

The property consists of two units and is spread over three levels. On the ground floor there is a kitchen with dining area and direct access to the garden and porch, a bathroom with shower and a double bedroom. An internal staircase leads to the first floor consisting of a living room with sofa bed, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. The top mezzanine floor consists of a double bedroom overlooking the living room on the lower floor. The other unit, also on three floors, consists on the ground floor of a kitchen with dining area and direct access to the garden and porch, a bathroom with shower. On the first floor is an open-plan area with two single beds, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. The upper mezzanine floor consists of a double bedroom overlooking the open-plan area with two single beds. All rooms (with the exception of the bathrooms) have air conditioning. In addition, the beds present can be joined or divided as required. Guests can park their cars inside the property near the entrance.

Location and surroundings of object

FERMIGNANO
Fermignano plays host to several events every year, most notably the Palio of the Frog, a historical tournament dating back to XVII century and taking place on the first Sunday after Easter. Frogs are the undisputed stars of the festival and have to face a run of about 170 metres aboard a wheelbarrow guided by a knight. The race is preceeded by a parade with local people wearing beautiful costumes. During the event there are also markets, street performers, firework displays and tastings of typical products. By the end of the summer, on the first Sunday of September the Grand Prix of 19th century Penny Farthing takes place. Because of its uniqueness, this event is known throughout Italy and abroad. It is a race between 7 town districts that compete along a 3 km path riding beautiful old bicycles. In addition to the race, the town is enlivened by shows, exhibitions, parades, food stands and markets.
