Our 6-person apartment in Königsleiten has 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed, a bathroom with shower, toilet and integrated sauna, as well as a separate toilet. In the living room there is a sofa bed with a size of 180cm x 200cm. The living room can be separated from the dining room with kitchen by a sliding wall, thus the living room becomes a bedroom. The kitchen is equipped with sufficient dishes. Microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, oven and large hob will help you prepare a delicious holiday meal quickly and stress-free. In the living room there is a tiled stove, which radiates a cosy warmth when heated. There is also free internet access available in the living room.

Our holiday apartments are located directly in Königsleiten in a sunny south-facing position at 1600m altitude, in an absolute top location, with a wonderful panoramic view of the mountain world. The comfortably furnished apartments are partly equipped with their own sauna. With your skis strapped on, you can reach the lifts in just 250m. You don't need a car the whole week.
In about 3 minutes walk you can reach a supermarket, there you can buy all groceries and fresh rolls. Arrival and departure in Königsleiten is always on Saturday. Various hiking possibilities from your apartment also ensure a varied summer holiday.
Our apartments in Königsleiten at 1600 meters are centrally located, the supermarket is only about 150 meters away. Two ski schools, sports shops and several restaurants, also in the immediate vicinity, round off the versatility of Königsleiten. For skiing or snowboarding, you can quickly get to the valley station, which is only about 150 metres away, and you can reach the holiday apartments with your skis or snowboard strapped on. The car is not needed for the whole week.

| Our prices are weekly prices. In the summer season the arrival is possible daily and the travel time can be varied. For bookings less than one week, we will be happy to make you an individual offer. The local tax and telephone costs are charged extra. |
Cancellation terms:
Up to 3 months before the agreed arrival date of the guest, the accommodation contract can be terminated without payment of a cancellation fee through a unilateral declaration by the contracting party. - up to 1 month before the day of arrival 40% of the total arrangement price; - up to 1 week before the day of arrival 70% of the total arrangement price; - in the last week before the day of arrival 90% of the total arrangement price.

A very popular and worth seeing excursion destination are the Krimml Waterfalls - with a drop height of 380 meters they are the fifth highest waterfalls in the world. On the 4-kilometre-long waterfall path, which is equipped with many viewpoints, you can let the whole beauty of the Krimml Waterfalls take effect on you.
