Location and surroundings of object

The apartment is located in a quiet side road between the city centre and the beach, in a new apartment house in the top (3rd) floor. Swinemünde / Swinoujscie is a seaside resort on the island of Usedom /Uznam (Poland) which is located directly at the Baltic Sea at the German-Polish border, in immediate vicinity to the German seaside resort Ahlbeck. It is the oldest seaside resort at the Baltic Sea coast of West Pomerania. Touristic acitivities in Swinoujscie started in 1824, and in the following years the first resort facilities were being built, the boardwalk and the spa gardens. Today, Swinoujscie is living up to its past and is again a flourishing resort. There is brisk
commutation and exchange across the German-Polish border which is easy to cross (passport is sufficient, there are no customs controls and no waiting time. Pedestrians and bike crossing only.). While tourists from Swinoujscie enjoy decency and laid-back resorts in Germany, tourists from the German side of the border enjoy Polish liveliness, excellent shopping facilities (Boutiques, shops, supermarkets and street markets) and restauration (Hotels, Restaurants, Beach Cafes) at budget Polish prices. ****
Journey: Swinoujscie can be reached in Poland from Stettin (Sczcecin), by train or by car on European main roads, and via a free-of-charge speed-ferry across the river Oder / Odra; alternatively, from Germany, Swinoujscie can be reached by train or car from Ahlbeck (immediately adjoint to city limits).

Good location, friendly service

The communication with the host is excellent. Quickly reachable and helpful.
The apartment is near attractions, restaurants, shopping options, and the beach is easily accessible on foot.
The surroundings are quiet despite being in the city.

Great property in Swinoujscie with a very good price-performance ratio.

Very nice and above all large property. You can spread out comfortably here and there are many sleeping options and a cozy living room as well as 2 balconies. The apartment is also very well equipped, especially in the kitchen.
All daily necessities are very close by, it is only about a 15-minute walk to the beach. We can definitely recommend it.

Sunny, large apartment!

Very spacious apartment (100 sqm), you can really feel the space. Our two children (8,10) had their own room. Dining, living, and kitchen are open and very bright, we enjoyed the sun on both balconies until late in the evening. Great shopping center nearby, with restaurants and cafes, and the city center (pedestrian zone) for shopping. The beach on Usedom is unique anyway. We can only recommend the apartment!

Sehr schöne, große Ferienwohnung

We found a very nice, large holiday apartment. We can only recommend this apartment for families. Within walking distance to the beach and the beautiful promenade. The two balconies and the second toilet with sink in the apartment are also very advantageous. Unfortunately, there is no elevator in the building and the apartment is located on the upper floor.

Sehr grosszügige, sonnige Wohnung

We were here with 2 adults and 2 children (7 + 10). What we liked best was that the apartment is very spacious at 100 sqm. The children have their own room, and those who want to relax have an extra bedroom. The living/dining/kitchen area is open and very large, and especially very sunny - almost floor-to-ceiling windows on two sides. On the balcony, you can practically sit in the sun until sunset. The kitchen is truly fully equipped and also very spacious - unlike in most holiday apartments where you only have a small kitchenette. By the way, this is not a typical beachfront apartment. The beach can be easily reached on foot (partly through a park) or by bike (available in the apartment), but the apartment itself is located near shopping facilities and a supermarket in a multi-family building. It is also just around the corner to the Oder River and the city center, great for strolling when the sun is not scorching. Care is excellent through a nice on-site administrator. All in all, a clear recommendation!
