The apartment is located in the heart of Swinoujscie, located right on the harbor.
Shops, cafes and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity.
Approximately 15 minutes walk to the Baltic on the VIDEO GUARDED HOF. Resort on the Baltic Sea with many wellness and sports facilities, and a beautiful promenade and a beautiful beach, which invite for long walks or even beautiful Radturen. Numerous boat trips available. Or just relax in one of the numerous beer gardens and enjoy the beautiful view of the SHIPS. BETWEEN THE TWO PARTS OF CITY commute two ferries constantly back and free ür their little stands beside an indoor playground. THE TV complete with international channels. so you also need not do without on holiday on their lieblinngs series.

Kann man , muss man aber nicht
Der Vermieter war am anfang Wirklich sehr freundlich, die Ferienwohnung ist gut gelegen aber von der Ausstattung nicht so wirklich der hit .
Ich wollte eine Rechnung die erhalte ich nicht . Auf seine frage wie es wahr habe ich ehrlich geantwortet das es von der Sauberkeit nicht gerade ordentlich war gerade das bad muss sauber sein .
Daruf bekamm ich die Antwort ich soll ihn nicht auf den keks gehen . Finde ich ja sehr Freundlich . Kein entgegenkommen von der seite des Vermieters . Klar hätte ich früher was sagen können aber so wie er war hätte er uns auf die Strasse gestellt.

This is the second time I have stayed in this accommodation because the price-performance ratio is right. The landlords are very friendly and helpful. Always happy to come back. Good facilities. The walk to the beach is good. Swinoujscie is a very clean town. Beautiful promenade, you can eat very well. You can reach everything on foot. Our car was always parked

Nice little holiday flat
We spent a nice holiday in the centre of Swinemünde.all important shops,such as bakery...,could be reached in about 2 min,the harbour was just around the corner and from the window you could see directly on the market place,where there were many small and good restaurants.The way to the beach is a bit far,but this did not spoil the mood,because it was good to wake up and you would have enough to see all around.The flat is lovingly and functionally furnished.From the iron to the washing machine,everything is available.The landlords are very nice and really try to make it right.All in all,you can really recommend it to others

Ferienwohnung
Die Wohnung ist mitten im Zentrum. In der Wohnung ist alles was man braucht! Zu Fuß ist alles schnell zu erreichen ob Supermarkt oder Restauarants. Swinemünde ist eine tolle Stadt wo man sehr viel Unternehmen kann! Die Wohnung ist sehr zu empfehlen! Den Parkplatz vor der Tür auch super!

Eine sehr schöne Unterkunft für 3 Personen mit Hund
Die Ferienwohnung liegt im Zentrum von Swinemünde, direkt am Marktplatz. Die Vermieter sind super nett und sehr hilfsbereit. Der Strand von Swinemünde und Ahlbeck ist ein Traum! Wir sind viel gelaufen und hatten nur Sonne und blauen Himmel.

Beautiful autumn days in Swinoujscie
We spent a wonderful week there. Everything to have a pleasant stay was available in the apartment. Due to the central location, everything was easy to reach and use. The island of Usedom offers many things to do for young and old.
The only negative thing was that the week went by too quickly.

gutes Quatier
angenehme Unterkunft mitten im Stadtzentrum alles vorhanden was eine Familie braucht mit Kindern - Danke nochmals . Nur 20 min bis zum Strand, zum Hafen 4 Minuten und einkaufen 4 Kaufhallen im Umkreis von 3 Minuten.
