Description

The house is completely renovated, stylishly decorated and offers 100 m2 spacious living room.

One enters the Tuscany House by the cozy kitchen with natural stone walls, fireplace, oven, hob, refrigerator, coffee machine and dining table, an open arch separates the kitchen from the large living room with sofa bed for 2 persons. The bathroom and two bright, spacious bedrooms are located on the north side of the house.

The garden area is unlimited, you can both under the loggia next to the house and under the fig tree sitting in front of the house and enjoy the view. Beside the house is a forest and a creek, where children can enjoy themselves. The park is decorated with a schmideeiserner gazebo, a swing and for your recreational pleasure is provided with barbecue, football and volleyball field and table tennis.

The Tuscany House Sassicaia is alone, surrounded by vineyards, olive and fruit trees, the owner near the spa town of Casciana Terme, Pisa, offering comfort and tranquility.
After Piasa, the sea, to Florence and Sangigmignano you need by car maximum of 1 hour, in Casciana Terme the nearby spa (about 3 km) you will find a very well located swimming pool, all major facilities, cafes, restaurants and shopping. Around the house there are numerous walking trails and the scenery is beautiful.

Absolutely recommended

We were there for 2 weeks and had a wonderful vacation. The house and garden are lovingly maintained by the very friendly owner. Nothing was missing. The air conditioning and fly screens on the windows were great in the summer temperatures, and the well-kept pool provided refreshment. We and our dogs felt very comfortable. One has peace and quiet and is undisturbed, but at the same time, it is not far, for example, to Chianni to go out to eat or shop. We would love to come back!
