The holiday home, filled with much historical ambiance, is located on a hilltop in a beautiful panoramic position, overlooking the medieval village of Castiglion Fiorentino, nestled in the tranquil Tuscan countryside, surrounded by olive trees and vineyards.
Interior:
On the ground floor, there is a comfortably equipped kitchen, the adjacent dining room, a small living room (pass-through room) with a sofa bed for one person. Additionally, there are two bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower available.
On the upper floor, there is a small dining room, a large living room with a TV, an armchair, and a sofa, a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom, and a small fully equipped kitchen.
Outdoor area:
From the dining room, you can access the terrace, equipped with a table and chairs for 8 people. In the shade-providing pavilion, guests can enjoy their meals outdoors, which they have prepared on the garden grill or in the pizza oven.
From here, one has a magnificent view of the Tuscan landscape and the garden with the fenced pool (10 x 4m; 1.25m to 1.50m deep), equipped with sun loungers and umbrellas.
The parking space is sufficient for 6 cars. The access to the house is via a 250-meter long, unpaved road, which can be easily navigated with standard vehicles.

The vacation home is rented out exclusively. This means the entire house, the garden, and the pool are available for the guests' sole use.
