INTERIOR
The house is on two floors.
On the ground floor there are two double bedrooms, a bathroom and a small living-dining room and a small living room (passage room) with a sofa bed for one person and a kitchen. The dining room has a table for 8 people, from there you can go directly to the kitchen or to the garden. Dining room with pool view.
The first floor is accessible (only) via an external staircase and has a small dining room, a large living room with TV, armchair and sofa, a bedroom with double bed, a bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom and another small fully equipped kitchen (which is available on request - final cleaning increases by 50,00€)
OUTSIDE
The swimming pool is directly in front of the house and next to it there is a paved area with a 3x4 metre gazebo and a table for outdoor dining. This outdoor dining area is very close to the entrance and the kitchen on the ground floor. Around the pool are 4 umbrellas with 8 sun loungers and a gazebo with tables and chairs. The parking space is sufficient for 6 cars.
