Location and surroundings of object
In a quiet location in the Baltic Sea resort of Zingst, not far from the Bodden (250 m) and the Zingst harbour (350 m). The town centre with shops for daily needs can be reached after approx. 600 m, the Baltic Sea beach after approx. 1000 m. Zingst is the easternmost municipality of the charming Fischland-Darß-Zingst peninsula chain and is nestled between the Baltic Sea and the Bodden, in the middle of the "Vorpommersche Boddenlandschaft" National Park.
Here you will find endless fine-sand beaches and a unique, almost untouched natural landscape, which invites you to explore the very well-developed, diverse network of cycling and hiking trails on foot, by bike or in a horse-drawn carriage.
But Zingst is also a special kind of natural paradise. In spring and especially in autumn, thousands of cranes rest here. A fantastic natural spectacle that can be observed in the immediate vicinity of the Boddenkoje.
Since 2002, Zingst has been a recognised seaside health resort and a tourist attraction on the entire peninsula. A sophisticated programme of piano concerts, photo events, cabaret, Zeesboot regattas and other events provide further attractions almost all year round, in addition to the nature between the Bodden and the Baltic Sea.

Very nice vacation home with great location
We had a great stay with our children and friends. Very well equipped and maintained with a sauna for the cold days! The house is quiet and centrally located. We would love to come back.

Highly recommended
We spent a lovely holiday with our children at the Boddenkoje. Lovingly and high-quality equipped rooms. Very cozy. Even a sauna is available for the cold days. Quiet location near the harbor.
