We offer three holiday flats in our house Good Stuuv in Greetsiel.
All flats include bed linen and towel service. We offer free Wi-Fi for internet use throughout the house. All flats are also equipped with smart TVs.
The Dwarsloper flat offered here is ideal for a relaxing holiday with up to 2 people. This ground floor flat has a bedroom with double bed, a living/dining area and shower room

Electric cooker, ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, freezer, extractor bonnet, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and of course crockery, cutlery, glasses and other kitchen utensils.

The Good Stuuv holiday home is located in a quiet residential area of Greetsiel. There is a playground nearby for the children. The town centre and harbour are only a few minutes' walk away. Here, a large selection of restaurants, cafes and many small shops invite you to stroll around. You will also find a large shopping market, bakeries, banks, doctors and the health oasis offers a place to relax with a sauna and small swimming pool. Greetsiel is the fishing village on the East Frisian North Sea coast. The historic gabled houses from the 17th century and the over 600-year-old fishing harbour with its shrimp cutter fleet are impressive.

| The rental prices refer to an occupancy with 2 persons. Each additional person + 5,- €. The prices quoted include bed linen and a towel package (one small and one large towel) per person. Additional towel packages can be booked at a price of 4,- € each. The minimum rental period is 7 nights in the summer peak season and 5 nights in the other peak seasons. Regular arrival/departure day in the summer peak season is Saturday. At other times the minimum stay is 3 nights with flexible arrival and departure. No pets are allowed. Smoking is not allowed in the flats. In addition, we are obliged to charge the visitor's tax all year round. This is passed on directly to the municipality of Krummhörn. |

We were very satisfied and felt comfortable. We would have wished for a bit more dishes, etc.

Dissatisfied
Hello everyone
We were in the mentioned accommodation on December 20, 2024 (in my opinion, it was more of a work accommodation?). The living room, dining room, and kitchen are all in one room, about 15 sqm. This apartment is not described as it actually looks; the bedroom is okay, but the bathroom (the toilet seat does not fit the bowl at all, as well as the shower area where the water does not drain properly). Dining table completely crooked, salt shaker totally dirty, and behind the sofa, where one could get back pain, it was completely dirty. I cannot recommend this accommodation to anyone. I took photos of this and will forward them to the landlord. We rented a room for three days in a hotel (Hohen Haus Greetsiel) and are more than angry and disappointed.

A week in Greetsiel
After initial travel problems, we were kindly allowed to start our one-week vacation trip. Hats off to the landlord for making this possible. About the vacation home: Very quiet residential area, well-equipped furniture. The vacation home is highly recommended.
