Description
Our holiday home (floor space 120 m²) in modern bungalow style (built in 2005) is divided into an eat-in kitchen, a living room, a dining room, a bathroom, three bedrooms, a guest toilet and a utility room.
The kitchen and living room are deliberately kept open and, together with a fireplace that can be seen from two sides, form a harmonious unit. In addition to radio and TV, there are also some books and a BluRay player as well as WLAN (LTE) at your disposal. The fully equipped fitted kitchen contains modern appliances: dishwasher, microwave, cooker, refrigerator and freezer are a matter of course. The kitchen, living area and hallway are also equipped with underfloor heating.
From the dining room you can access a spacious terrace (55m²) through the large patio door. From here you can enjoy a fantastic view of fields, meadows and forests. There is a barbecue fireplace and a seating set with 8 chairs for socialising. A small stone staircase leads to the garden, which is fenced in at a height of 1.40 to 1.55 metres and has old fruit trees. Its 500m² lawn offers enough space for sporting activities.
Two bedrooms are each equipped with a double bed, with an additional double bunk bed in one bedroom. A third bedroom has been furnished with two single beds, so that our holiday bungalow offers enough space for up to eight people.
The high-quality bathroom with shower (level access) including numerous massage shower heads at different heights, a large bathtub, a toilet and underfloor heating (even in the shower area) leaves nothing to be desired. The built-in stretch ceiling, whose lighting has a dimming function, offers you the opportunity to enjoy a bath in a relaxed atmosphere.
In the adjoining utility room you will find a washing machine and dryer as well as an additional fridge-freezer.
There is a carport with two parking spaces at the house. Further parking spaces are of course available on the paved area in front of the house. For extended bicycle tours we have 5 adult bicycles and 3 children's bicycles ready for you. A table tennis table invites you to play some hard-hitting duels. Afterwards, you can regain your strength in a convivial atmosphere with freshly grilled food from the barbecue fireplace, while the little ones have fun in the sandpit, on the swing or on the slide. A rowing boat, which can be used free of charge, awaits you at Neuenkirchen Lake (approx. 3 km away).
The road with little traffic is about 30 m away from the bungalow and separated from the property by a planted stone wall. Thus, there is enough free space in front of the house to enjoy the sunset in the evening or to play a game of badminton in the fresh air.
Pets are generally allowed, but we ask you to inform us in advance.
For the safety of your four-legged friends, the garden property is completely fenced in (1.40 metres to 1.55 metres) - romping and playing are therefore possible without any problems.

Location and surroundings of object
The surrounding inland lakes offer you numerous bathing opportunities. These include the Schaalsee, 8 km away, the Neuenkirchener See, 3 km away, and the Boissower See, 2 km away. At Lake Neuenkirchen you also have the opportunity to use our rowing boat free of charge. Around the lakes you can explore our nature reserve with its wonderful flora and fauna by means of many cycling and hiking trails. Numerous forests in the nearby surroundings also invite you to get to know the almost untouched nature of the reserve.
The fishermen in Lassahn and Zarrentin offer fish specialities such as pike-perch, pike or vendace, fresh or smoked. The weekly market at the Pahlhuus in Zarrentin, which takes place on the first weekend of every month, is also interesting and varied. Regional handicrafts as well as delicacies for the palate invite you to stroll around.
The state capital Schwerin is only about 35 km away and invites you to stroll through the Schlossparkcenter, the Siebenseencenter and the old town. A visit to Schwerin Castle and a walk in the adjacent castle gardens are highly recommended, as is an afternoon at Schwerin Zoo. Culturally, you can get your money's worth at the Mecklenburg State Theatre Schwerin and the State Museum Schwerin.
The Alpincenter Hamburg-Wittenburg only 10 km away, snowboard half pipe, kart race track, quad + off-road track, mountain bike & BMX park, beach volleyball & soccer, adventure playground, open air stage, high ropes course, skate park, beer garden, après-ski parties, children's world, restaurant mile, sauna and bowling alley.

This is how wellbeing works
Arriving and being at home, that's the feeling we had here. Our dog loved it too. Freedom of movement, and the fence kept its promise. It was high enough and complete. So we could enjoy the garden in a relaxed way. Mrs. Ulbrich is a hostess you can contact even once more, who takes her time, is friendly and relaxed. The proximity to the forest and water was ideal for us. Peace, wildlife watching, bathing, eating fish .... a house to come back to!

Recreation and relaxation
Four of us, including the dog, spent a wonderful, restful and relaxing holiday in this superbly equipped holiday home
It is very well maintained, spacious and all rooms are easily accessible with a rollator and/or wheelchair (grandma tested it ;)
Also the bathroom with a nice big tub and a big shower at ground level invites you to relax. The kitchen is perfectly equipped and the spacious terrace with garden invites you to have a coffee in the beautiful autumn weather (we were lucky with the weather). Our daughter (6 years) was thrilled by the "in-house" playground in the garden with slide, swing, sandbox, including views over field, forest and meadow where deer could be observed almost every day.
Every evening we used the fireplace, firewood was available for free
5 minutes walking distance to a park with the "Schloss Neuhof" , a big playground and a dog run (so also something for our 13 years old dog grandpa : )
For shopping we went by car directly to Zarrentin (about 15 minutes drive) where we got everything we needed for self-catering.
We enjoyed our holiday very much and were able to switch off from everyday life, thank you very much, super landlord, super holiday home.

Perfect holiday home with large garden
Unfortunately, we were only in this great holiday home for a weekend. There is really nothing missing here. The house is very spacious, has a fireplace, a large terrace and is also suitable for two families or several couples. Children will find a sandbox, slide, swing and toys in the garden. If you bring your four-legged friend, he will be safely fenced in. You are surrounded by lakes, fields, meadows and forest - simply wonderful. Very nice and helpful landlady. Thank you!

Very nice accommodation in a rural idyll.
We were looking for a holiday home for our family of 8 people / 3 generations and came across the perfectly equipped house of the Ulbrich family that met our needs.
The surroundings are wonderful... without a doubt!
In the house, there was plenty available for our 8 guests... a huge table, comfortable chairs, good sofas, plenty of dishes, so we could cook well, a large, well-equipped garden area. We have rarely found such good equipment, and at a very good price-performance ratio! Big plus: the bicycles!

Ideal for holidays with dogs
Super holiday home, completely fenced garden - my 3 dogs felt at home. Everything you need is there, we didn't want for anything. Excursions to the Baltic Sea, culture and shopping in Schwerin, hiking at one of the nearby lakes in quiet nature or just lazing on the large terrace - everything is possible. Mrs Ulbrich was super nice and helpful. We will gladly come back!!!

A very successful vacation
Simply brilliant for those seeking peace and a central location for excursions, whether it's the Baltic Sea, Hamburg, Lübeck, or simply cycling through forests and by the lake. Ideal for dog lovers, the great garden is securely fenced. The house is super clean and has everything you need. A great fireplace invites you to linger. But also the mega great bathroom with bathtub and the brilliant shower is a dream. Everything you need in the kitchen. The landlady is very personable and communicative, very accommodating. We were allowed to arrive earlier and take our time on departure, for which we extend our warmest thanks, also for the mega offer to extend for free in order to enjoy the great sunny weather. In short, the house on Lake Schaalsee and the Ulbrich family are more than recommended. Our heartfelt thanks and see you soon.

Perfekter Sommer-Urlaub - Vielen Dank!
Wir haben in diesem Haus sehr gerne 2 Wochen verbracht und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Es fehlte an nichts, gute Ausstattung und vor allem sehr sauber. Der komplett eingezäunte Garten ist ebenfalls ein großes Plus, insbesondere wenn der Hund mit reisen darf. Es gibt im Haus reichlich Info-Material über die Gegend rund um Zarrentin, Freizeitmöglichkeiten, Sehenswürdigkeiten & Einkaufsgelegenheiten. Danke für die leckeren Bio-Eier & dass wir noch reichlich mit nach Hause nehmen konnten! :-)

Erholsamer Urlaub

Perfekter Urlaub!
Längere Zeit haben wir, 5 Erwachsene, ein Quartier gesucht, wo 4 Hunde willkommen sind und wurden letztendlich bei Familie Ulbrich fündig! :) Das Haus ist großzügig angelegt, alle Utensilien, die zum Leben benötigt werden sind vorhanden, daher: einziehen und losleben! Schönes Ferienhaus, ideal für Hundebesitzer
Wir waren mit 4 Hunden in diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus, was keine Wünsche offen lässt. Der komplett umzäunte Garten und die Umgebung sind ideal für Hundebesitzer. Schöne Urlaubswoche in Neuhof
Ein sehr schönes gemütliches Haus mit einem tollen Weitblick über Felder und einem großen, super für Hund und Kind eingezäuntem Grundstück.Sehr gut ausgestattet und sauber. Auch unsere Hündin Nahla hat sich wohl gefühlt.

Perfekt für Urlaub mit mehreren Hunden
Wir sind eine Gruppe mit 4 Personen und 5 Hunden und immer wieder auf der Suche nach geeigeneten Unterkünften. Hier fehlte es wirklich an nichts. Super Hundesicherer eingezäunter Garten, tolles Haus mit sehr guter Ausstattung und guter Raumaufteilung, Kamin läd zu gemütlichen Winterabenden ein. Wir wurden sehr herzlich begrüßt mit Tips für lange Hundespaziergänge versorgt, die Familie Ulbrich lässt keine Wünsche offen. Wir haben uns alle sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Wunderschön!

Gerne bald wieder!!
Wir waren in der Nebensaison in diesem schönen Haus.
Preis/Leistung war absolut okay und das Haus einfach nur wunderschön!
Es fehlte an nichts! Super Ausstattung! Besonders toll fanden wir den großen Garten, in dem die Hunde super toben konnten...

Wunschlos glücklich
Wir sind als Familie (6 Erwachsene, zwei Babies, ein Hund) für ein verlängertes Wochenende angereist und sind überglücklich, dieses wunderschöne Ferienhaus gefunden zu haben. Es ließ wirklich keine Wünsche offen: der eingezäunte Garten mit Sandkiste, Schaukel, Rutsche, Tischtennisplatte, vielen Gartenmöbeln aber auch einer beeindruckenden Aussicht, die komplett eingerichtete Küche, das wunderschöne Badezimmer mit riesiger Dusche, usw. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich auch die Sauberkeit des Hauses, es war wirklich grundsauber, so fühlt man sich wirklich wohl!!
Wir können jedem das Haus zu 100% weiterempfehlen! Vielen Dank an die herzliche Familie Ulbrich!

Weihnachten am Schaalsee
Weihnachtsurlaub mit sechs Erwachsenen und einem Hund. Waren zum zweiten Mal im Bungalow. Tolle Möglichkeiten für ausgedehnte Spaziergänge/kleinere Wanderungen. Aufgrund der Größe des Hauses und der sinnvollen Zimmeraufteilung kann man sich aber auch bei schlechtem Wetter im Haus beschäftigen. In der Küche läßt sich sogar ein Weihnachtemenue zaubern. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Sehr schönes Anwesen!!!!
Dieses Ferienhaus ist wirklich eine Augenweide! Es war alles vorhanden was man braucht, eine Küche mit Allem Drum und Dran, ein wunderschönes großes Bad, ein eingezäunter Garten, den unser Hund sehr zu schätzen wusste, eine wunderschöne Terrasse etc. Jederzeit werden und würden wir wieder dieses Haus in unsere Urlaubsplanung einbinden!! :-)

Ein wunderschöner Urlaub
Das Ferienhaus ist sehr geräumig, schick und modern eingerichtet.
Es ist alles da, was man benötigt.
Die große Terrasse mit Garten ist ideal zum Grillen.
Wenn man einen ruhigen Urlaub verbringen will, dann ist dies das ideale Objekt.

Sommerurlaub Neuhof
Für Urlaub mit Hund und Ruhesuchende ideal. Grundstück ist sicher eingezäunt. Zum Einkaufen muß man allerdings immer nach Zarrentin und je nach dem wie der Wind steht, hat man den Geruch von der Biogasanlage in der Nase.

vielen Dank für Ihr positives Feedback. In der Tat ist unser Haus sehr ländlich gelegen und die nächsten Discounter befinden sich ca. 7 km entfernt. Hier in Meck-Pomm ist eben glücklicherweise alles noch recht dünn besiedelt.
Neuhof ist neben Neuenkirchen und Bantin ein Bioenergiedorf im Biosphärenreservat Schaalsee. Hier kommt es tatsächlich mitunter vor dass ein wenig landwirtschaftlicher Geruch in der Luft liegt. Wir Landeier sind daran gewöhnt und haben natürlich vollstes Verständnis dafür dass dies für Stadtmenschen fremd sein kann.
