The ground floor has: a common room with a billiards table, a large living room with a TV zone and a fireplace, a separate kitchen with a fireplace and a dining area Bedroom with twin beds - 1 bedroom with 2 single beds - 1 bathroom with shower / WC / bidet - 1 additional bathroom with tub and toilet. Upstairs there are: 2 bedrooms with twin beds each with private bathroom with shower / WC / bidet - 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds - 1 bedroom with single bed and 1 further bathroom with shower / WC / bidet. On the roof of the villa is the jewel the furnished roof terrace of about 30 sqm with a fantastic sea view.

This very tasteful freestanding holiday villa with its own private pool is located directly on the sea in the small bathing bay of MALADROXIA on the outlying peninsula of Sant Antioco in the south-west of Sardinia and offers the guest from the roof terrace an unforgettable sea view. Directly in this bay are a small supermarket, 1 bar and restaurants.
The beautiful bay of MALADROXIA is very popular with families with small children, as the shallow waters just invite to bathing.
Further shopping and services, bars and restaurants are available in the nearest place "Sant Antioco". Sports facilities (golf - tennis - horse riding) are offered throughout the area. The beaches and white dunes of Porto-Pino can be visited in about 45 minutes, or the famous Kitesurfer beach with its own surf school "Porto-Botte".

The capital CAGLIARI with airport is about 100 km away. Arrival from OLBIA about hours and from ALGHERO about hours.
