Refrigerator with freezer, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and deep fryer. About satellite dish are various German and many other television channels to receive. A small wall safe for valuables is available.
The terraces are each equipped with seating for 6 people and the outdoor kitchen with gas hob and sink.
Furthermore, there is a Weber gas grill on the house. The garden has about 190 m² and is fenced.

Location and surroundings of object
The beautiful villa is located in a quiet hillside with sea views, about 7 minutes walk from the center of Calasetta. The nearest beach is within walking distance on a private road in about 15 minutes, by car in 5 minutes. The fine sandy beach of the Spiaggia Salina, which falls gently into the crystal clear water, is ideal for small children. Calasetta is a pretty, grown port town with about 2700 inhabitants and is located in the southwest of Sardinia on an offshore island, Sant'Antioco, which is connected by a causeway to the main island, and therefore easy to reach by car.
In the harbor area once a week a big market takes place, where you can buy fresh fruits, vegetables, honey, peccorino and other.
In the 3 supermarkets, at the bakery, butcher and in the fish shops, which are within walking distance of the house, you will find everything that the
Heart desires. There is also a cantina and a wine shop in the village, where you can buy excellent Sardinian wine. Restaurants and pizzerias complete the cityscape.

Beautiful holiday home with very good facilities
The beautifully furnished house lacks nothing you need for a successful relaxing holiday. High quality equipment, also with welcome helpers such as dishwasher and washing machine. Good beds and effective air conditioning in each bedroom. The small secluded and sheltered garden even has a rich herb patch. Both terraces have wind and sun protection making it possible to spend the whole day outside
The beach is within walking distance, for shopping a car is helpful
Due to the dense development, you should expect life in the neighbourhood in high season.

Wonderful Sardinia holiday!
The holiday home fulfilled all our wishes! The rooms are beautifully furnished with attention to detail. There was also a washing machine in the bathroom, which was a little luxury in my opinion! In addition to the two showers, there is also an outdoor shower, which we enjoyed using in the summer temperatures.
The holiday home is located in a nice complex. We usually went to the beach by car (about 3 minutes drive). On foot it takes about 15 minutes and is easily accessible. The beach is really great and is mainly used by locals
The nearby village is located at the harbour and is definitely worth a visit! You can find restaurants and shopping there.
Overall, we had a wonderful stay in Sardinia and can definitely recommend this holiday home!

TOP holiday home
The holiday home is a real oasis of well-being. The reality even surpasses the photos. It is really well-maintained, extremely tastefully furnished, we wanted for nothing, the house even has a washing machine, which is really very rare. Especially the outdoor shower was a joy for us in the high temperatures! The beautiful beach can be reached either in about 15 minutes on foot or in less than 5 minutes by car.
Because the house is so beautifully furnished, we spent a lot of time there! The well-equipped kitchen, as well as the beautiful outdoor kitchen with a wonderful view of the sunset, were also a highlight. The town, which is in the immediate vicinity, has many restaurants right on the harbour and should definitely be visited! There was really something for everyone on this holiday. We will gladly come again!
