This detached holiday home is located in a dreamlike setting directly by the sea in the small, picturesque bathing bay of MALADROXIA on the offshore peninsula of "Sant Antioco" in the southwest of SARDINIA and offers guests an unforgettable sea view. Water sports facilities, a bar, pizzeria, and restaurant are located directly in this bay.
The beautiful bay of MALADROXIA is very popular with families with small children, as the shallow water is perfect for swimming. Further shopping and service options, bars and restaurants are sufficiently available in the nearest town "Sant Antioco". Sports facilities (golf - tennis - horse riding) or boat tours with meals on board are offered throughout the entire area. In about 45 minutes by car, you can also visit the beaches and white dunes of "Porto-Pino" – or the well-known kitesurfer beach with its own surf school "Porto-Botte".
