Completely independent holiday home, only approx. 1000 meters from the beautiful little bay and the white sandy beach of MALADROXIA. This picturesque place is located southwest on the offshore peninsula of "Sant Antioco". The house is completely surrounded by an enclosed garden of about 3000 square meters, which is planted with flowers, olive trees, myrtle and Mediterranean plants. The nature-loving, quiet location between the green hills and the Mediterranean landscape gives guests a relaxing holiday.
A fully paved road leads directly to the beach, which you can easily reach on foot.
The living space of approx. 110 sqm which is on 2 levels includes the following rooms and offers an occupancy of max. 4 adults + 2 children: On the 1st floor there is a large open living area with an integrated, fully equipped kitchen, large dining table, more open Fireplace and exit to a covered and furnished veranda, 1 bathroom with shower / toilet / bidet and washing machine.
In the fresh and bright basement with windows there are: 1 bedroom with double beds, 1 bedroom with double beds - which can be put together to form double beds (2 extra beds for the children are possible), 1 further bathroom with shower / toilet / bidet.
In the garden there is another nice furnished patio.
Additional equipment: TV-SAT - washing machine - fridge / freezer combination - gas stove with oven - cot - barbecue fireplace - outdoor shower - private parking spaces directly on the private property.

There are restaurants and bars directly in the bay of "MALADROXIA", which is not overrun by tourism.
The next bigger place is "Sant Antioco" in approx. 7 km where all shopping and service possibilities are available.
This beautiful little bay of "MALADROXIA" is very popular with families with small children, as the shallow water is only ideal for swimming.
The capital CAGLIARI with the airport is about 1 hour's drive away. Journey from ALGHERO approx. 2.5 hours and from OLBIA approx. 3.5 hours.
