Ground floor flat with two bedrooms, private pool and garden near Pula. Flat Emanuela with private pool of 36 m2. The flat is located on the ground floor of the house. It consists of a fully equipped kitchen and a large living room with sofa and TV, from where you have access to a nice covered terrace and a beautiful garden and lawn. In front of the terrace there is a swimming pool with hydro massage jets and a small children's pool with water mushroom. The yard is completely fenced. In one part of the yard there is a covered outdoor kitchen with barbecue and dining table. The flat has two bedrooms. Each bedroom has a double bed and a single bed. The bedrooms share a bathroom with shower. The bathroom has a washing machine. The living room is air-conditioned and the rooms do not have air-conditioning. Wi-Fi and parking for two cars is included in the price!

Near Pula has many beautiful secluded beaches and bays. Near the apartment at only 10 minutes by car are well known tourist centers and beaches such as: Medulin, Pomer, Pula, Rt. Kamenjak, Premantura, Veruda and Verudela and Sandy bay. If you want to visit the famous Brijuni Islands and enjoy the untouched nature surrounding them and beaches this is an ideal starting point for adventure. Nearby is many bike trails. If arriving by plane, friendly hosts will welcome you at the airport Pula and escort to the apartment.
