The house and apartments located in central city location, about 750-800m from the sea and from the city centre, in a quiet position, in dead end with no traffic, about 500-700m from supermarkets Lidl, Plodine, Billa and Kaufland.
The open-air market with fruits, vegetables, fish, etc. can be reached quickly. Even gas station, auto repair shop, hospital and sports centres in the immediate vicinity. Poreč area is an agricultural area; where olive oil and wine, are not only appreciated, but they are a way of life culture.

Poreč and its coast are one of the most famous and most visited tourist regions on the Adriatic.
The city itself abounds in cultural and historical beauty. Oak and pine forests reach the sea, and the 37 km long coast is interspersed with numerous peninsulas and bays where everyone can find a place for relaxing.
The sea is crystal clean and the swimming season lasts from May to October.
