The flat was completely renovated in 2014, has modern furnishings and is constantly being improved.
The outdoor terrace is approx. 10 sqm and faces west. All neighbouring flats are condominiums.
There are enough public parking spaces available.

Location and surroundings of object
The apartment is located in a quiet part of Wilhelmshaven. Very centrally located. By car it takes about 5 minutes to the city centre, about 8 minutes to the south beach and minutes to Hooksiel.
In summer, harbour tours are offered on the Jade and in the inner harbour.
Trips to the Seal Islands/Angelfahrten and to Helgoland are offered from Hooksiel.
Wilhelmshaven is located directly on the Jade Bay and has a very beautiful southern beach with promenade and many sights around the harbour. It is Germany's largest deep-water port and the container terminal has been in operation since 2014. The largest container ships in the world dock there.

Great vacation apartment
A very well-maintained apartment with good facilities. Great location, as shopping facilities and the city center can be reached within a few minutes by car and yet it is a quiet area. In addition, a very nice landlord. I would always book this accommodation in Wilhelmshaven again.

For 12 days in August 2021 a really great holiday flat
The flat is in very good condition and optimally equipped. The whole property, as well as the location of the flat is top and our children felt very comfortable there. The handover and briefing were also very good.
We will be happy to book again if necessary.

If you are looking for peace and quiet, you are in good hands here.
Sights can be reached quickly by car or city bus.

The best holiday flat I have had so far.
A very tastefully and practically furnished holiday flat, everything very neat and clean. The house is very well situated. The bathroom is a highlight. I was in WHV on business and found a temporary home in the Terassenhaus. Especially great: the terraces and the huge window even when it rains great view.
