The house is located in the holiday settlement Neßmersiel only about 150m from the old dike and the playground. The distance to the harbour or the beach is approx. 1.5 km. Various restaurants, Edeka market and bakery as well as bicycle rentals are within easy walking distance. Nessmersiel is a small coastal seaside resort in the municipality of Dornum, where peace and tranquillity are still important. Bed castles due to mass tourism are frowned upon here. What still counts here is what is typical of East Frisia: living in and with nature. All East Frisian North Sea islands, from Borkum to Wangerooge, and coastal bathing resorts can be reached quickly by car or via the guided cycle paths thanks to the central location of the former fishing village.
Here, gentle tourism has been combined with East Frisian originality, with an attractive offer for young and old: cosy restaurants and cafés invite you to linger, at the harbour of the Baltrum ferry, there is a dignified shore promenade with an adjacent sandy beach and a section marked as a dog beach.
Guided mudflat walks through the World Heritage Site start from here. In addition to the agility park, which is unique on the coast, you can also enjoy the healthy North Sea air there with "your best friend". The indoor play park "Sturmfrei Neßmersiel" offers a wide variety of leisure activities for children of all ages and offers numerous events on the large show stage with prominent stars known from radio and television! In the wellness oasis adjoining there, with numerous wellness and fitness programmes, you can optimise your personal relaxation effect.

| Neßmersiel charges its guests a seasonal spa tax. Adults 2,50€/1,25€ Children from 3 years 1,50€/0,75€. When booking through Dornumer-Land Tourismus, the spa tax is charged directly and the spa cards are sent to the guest 14 days before arrival. For other bookings, the spa tax must be paid when the key is handed over. You are welcome to rent the following: pulled up bed linen per person €10, 3 towels+1 shower towel+ tea towels and bath mat €7 per person, children's travel cot €2.50/day, children's high chair €1.25. Per pet (max. 2) a flat rate of €10. |
Cancellation terms:
The completion of the guest accommodation agreement obligates all contracting parties to honor the agreement. A one-sided, free cancellation by the guest from a binding reservation is not possible. The following cancellation fees will be charged by the landlord from the accommodation price: · Up to 45 days before the start of the trip 25% · Up to 35 days before the start of the trip 50% · Thereafter and in case of no-show 80%

Great vacation rental.

A real home!
The holiday home is decorated with so much attention to detail and we had absolutely no wishes left unfulfilled. Even our dog felt completely comfortable. :)
Every day after breakfast, we set off on day trips and always looked forward to coming "home" in the evening!
We wholeheartedly recommend the cozy holiday home!
