Description
The flat has been classified 4* by the German Tourism Association.
New high gloss kitchen with microwave, Senseo and filter coffee machine, convection oven, fridge with separate freezer section.
All floors are tiled with glossy cream porcelain stoneware. In the living area there is a comfortable large aubergine coloured corner sofa and an LED TV. There is a DVD player with DVD's, for cosy reading evenings there are good novels, thrillers and a stereo system with i-Pod docking and CD's available
Free W-LAN, bathroom with ground-level 90 x 90cm shower with shower thermostat, towel radiator, washing machine, hairdryer
In the modern bedroom there is another LED TV with SAT connection, the beds are 1.80m x 2.00m and have a 27cm spring mattress. Balcony with garden furniture and electric barbecue. You can safely store bicycles in the separate storage room.

Location and surroundings of object
Our flat is quietly located in the village centre. A small supermarket and a bakery are located in the apartment complex. You can easily walk along the salt marshes to the beach of Neßmersiel
Norddeich, Bensersiel and the seven islands can be reached quickly from here
There is the indoor leisure centre "Sturmfrei" in Neßmersiel a wellness oasis with massage and sauna, bicycle and canoe rental, kite meadow and playgrounds as well as numerous bicycle and hiking trails.
There is a supermarket, bakery, restaurants and cafés in the village.
Neßmersiel is a quiet, state-recognised coastal seaside resort with a sandy beach, beach chairs, ferry port to the island of Baltrum and belongs to the municipality of Dornum.
The well-kept sandy beach is approx. 1.0 km from the village and can be reached via a footpath. The sandy beach has beach chairs, a playground, kiosk with snack bar and restaurant
From Neßmersiel harbour you can take the ferry to the island of Baltrum or go on a guided mudflat walk through the Wadden Sea National Park or to the islands of Baltrum and Norderney.

Cancellation terms:
Normal Cancellation Conditions: If the tenant cancels (terminates) the contract before the start of the rental period without naming a subtenant who enters the contract under the same conditions, the following proportional rents must be paid as compensation, taking into account the expenses saved: Cancellation: - up to 45 days before the start of the rental: 30% of the rental price - up to 35 days before the start of the rental: 50% of the rental price - thereafter: 90% of the rental price - in case of no-show: 100% of the rental price If a tenant terminates their stay early, they are still obligated to pay the full rental price. To avoid cancellation fees, we recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance. Such insurance is not included in the rental price and should be obtained by the tenant at their own expense. Cancellation or termination can only be done in writing. The effective date is the date on which the statement is received by the landlord.

Like winning the lottery...
Finally, we were able to vacation at the Krabbentaucher, which was recommended to us. Upon arrival, we felt comfortable right away, as we were warmly welcomed in such a cozy and individual manner. Frau Scheithauer was always there to help us with advice and support, we have never experienced such a warm landlady before. The apartment is fully equipped, there was nothing missing. The apartment is furnished with great love and leaves nothing to be desired. We will definitely come back. I can only say: At the Krabbentaucher, you can perfectly unwind and let your soul relax.

A great vacation...
A fantastic vacation is behind us! We felt incredibly comfortable, thanks in large part to the warm and hospitable nature of the Scheithauer family! Right from the first contact, everything was very nice, and the welcome gifts were very well received by us! The apartment is very nice. The location of the apartment is perfect, very central. The facilities are good, we didn't miss anything. We will gladly come back!

Honeymoon
The apartment has everything and even more that you need, the equipment is first class. A very clean and beautifully located apartment. From here you can quickly reach Norddeich or Dornum, but also Baltrum. We will definitely come back.
