This beautiful and spacious holiday home is located in an absolutely prime location in Egmond aan Zee: just a few steps from the beach, directly on the boulevard and with a view of the lighthouse. The cozy center with restaurants, shops and terraces is also very close by. The holiday home is suitable for up to five people and has three bedrooms: one bedroom with a double bed, one bedroom with two single beds, and another bedroom with a single bed.
The accommodation offers both a front garden and a back garden, where you can enjoy the sun all day long. In addition, a private parking space is available to you – especially convenient during the busy high season. The house is fully equipped and offers everything you need for a relaxing and comfortable holiday. The bathroom features a walk-in shower and a bathtub, so you can unwind wonderfully after a day at the beach.

**Spacious holiday home in Egmond aan Zee – only 50 meters from the beach**
We are renting out this generous holiday home in Egmond aan Zee this summer. The accommodation is only 50 meters from the beach and has a large front garden with private parking – especially convenient during the high season. On the ground floor there is a spacious living room and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need: oven, microwave, dishwasher, filter coffee machine, blender, toaster, as well as a large refrigerator with a large freezer compartment.
At the back of the house you can use the terrace. There you can enjoy the sun all day and sit comfortably sheltered from the wind. A grill is also available. On the upper floor there are three bedrooms: one bedroom with a double bed 1.80 m wide, a children's room with a loft bed including a slide and an additional single bed, as well as another separate bedroom with a single bed. The house is therefore suitable for up to five people.
The bathroom has a walk-in shower and a bathtub. There are also two toilets, one on the ground floor and one on the upper floor. In short: This holiday home offers everything you need for a relaxing vacation by the sea.

Tolles kleines Häuschen
The holiday house is equipped with everything you need. The beds are made and fresh towels are also available. There was also a small welcome greeting. It was very clean and tidy. The beach and shopping street were in close proximity.
All in all, it was a lovely holiday, and we will definitely see you again.

Beautiful apartment right on the beach
This apartment is located in close proximity to the lighthouse and beach of Egmond aan Zee. With a well-equipped kitchen: plenty of dishes, pots, pans, good knives (unfortunately, no dishwasher). The entrance area is a bit narrow, but storing a stroller for two is moderately possible. Very cozy furnishings.

A beautiful week in Munich.
The cottage is small and cute... The equipment is rather modest, but very cozy!
We were very disappointed that the description mentioned an "oven" in the equipment, which is not actually present.
The hosts are very warm and helpful.

Willkommen im Beach house SEA-side! Wir mochten uns eben vorstellen: Wir sind Nikki und Priscilla und wohnen in Egmond aan Zee. Nikki wohnt schon sein ganzes leben in Egmond und ich habe mich in Nikki verliebt, auch in die See, den Strand und in das wunderschöne Dorf, so war der Entschluss einfach gemacht um in Egmond zu wohnen. Unser Interesse war schon immer groß um etwas mit Touristen und Vermietung zu machen und die Gelegenheit ist hier. Und somit bereiten wir mit viel Freude darauf. Unser Streben ist, um den fasten einen schöner Urlaub zu ermöglichen und wo kann es besser, als in „unseren‘‘ schonen Dorf Egmond aan Zee!
