Description

On the ground floor of Casa Orio are the two stylish apartments with one bedroom, living room with sofa bed (one with kitchen Apt. 1, once with separate kitchen Apt. 2), satellite TV, Wi-Fi, bathroom with shower ( Apt. 2) or bath (Apt. 1) and a magnificent covered terrace overlooking the lake. The well equipped kitchen has 4-burner gas stove, oven, fridge-freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave and dishes. For the cars a garage (Apt. 1) and a parking space available. A splendid garden with barbecue house invite you to linger. Due to the location in the countryside can be taken directly from the apartment panoramic walks. And yet one is center close in 5 min. In Gardola with all shops, restaurants, cafes, doctor and pharmacy. Dogs are welcome and can move freely on the corresponding garden area with barbecue hut.

Location and surroundings of object

The Casa Orio is a two-family house on a hill with breathtaking lake views between Tignale districts Gardola and Aer. Approximately 800m from the apartment is the center of Gardola with all shopping facilities, restaurants, pizzerias and doctor and pharmacy. In about 3 km there is a public swimming pool (admission incl.) And the visitor's center and a high ropes course. Tignale lies on the western shore of the lake, on a plateau 500 meters above the lake in beautiful park Alta Brescia. The panoramic location allows for numerous hiking or mountain biking always new insights into this fascinating landscape with the opposite liegenen Monte Baldo massif. The quiet area with lush Mediterranean vegetation is also ideal to relax and unwind. Yet Tignale is so central that you can quickly the lake or other of the numerous excursions achieved z. B. trips also to the hinterland to Ledro lake or even a trip to Verona.

Casa Orio

Very nice holiday apartment with a great garden and view of Lake Garda. Quiet location on the outskirts of the village and many opportunities for hiking without having to use the car. The apartment is well equipped and very clean. The owners are very friendly and helpful. We felt very comfortable here.

Vacation with dog

Very nice landlords and well-kept property, perfect for a holiday with a dog. The on-site support with key handover also works without any problems. The apartment No. 1 is cozy, quiet, and clean. We really enjoyed the surroundings and the great view of the lake. We felt very comfortable there!

A very beautiful house

It was once again a pleasure to spend a vacation at the Orio house. The care of the landlords is top-notch. The garden, the apartment, and the barbecue area are so well maintained that one can simply feel comfortable. One has peace and quiet to relax. I have been in this house for the second time and can only recommend it. Pure nature, and within a 10-minute walk, you can find everything you need in the village (restaurant, grocery store, bank - simply everything). Tignale is simply wonderful, always happy to return.

The holiday apartment offers a beautiful view of Lake Garda. Everything was perfect, as the equipment of the apartment, the very nice contact with the landlords, the large garden with barbecue house, the private terrace, etc., left nothing to be desired.

Just great

It was a vacation like in the Garden of Eden, the house, the garden, the wonderful nature all around, and the view of the lake. Within a radius of 800 m, there are opportunities for activities, bars, restaurants, bakeries, butchers, supermarkets – everything you need for life, I can only recommend it. Such a clean and well-maintained place in Tignale, Casa Orio is in a great location.
