Very well-kept and beautiful accommodation

We spent a week at Bjørns Beach House and didn't miss anything. The accommodation is very well equipped, well-maintained, and very clean. We felt warmly welcomed with beautiful fresh flowers on the nightstand, milk, and wine in the fridge upon arrival. Mr. Arnoud Schippers is an extremely friendly and personable landlord and was always available for questions. We will definitely spend our holidays at Bjørns Beach House again. Many thanks!!

Dreamy apartment and very nice host, we will gladly come back!!!!!!!!!

Even before arrival, a very warm contact from the host. The reception by Arnoud was very warm and you immediately felt at home. The apartment leaves nothing to be desired. For the first time in an apartment we found such great and comfortable mattresses that we didn't want to get up and wanted to buy them directly for our own home. The coffee machine with a can of beans tastes very good and we also enjoyed the bottle of wine as a welcome on the first evening. Arnoud was always available for questions and asked on the first day if everything was okay. The apartment is up to date and we are very unwilling to leave tomorrow. The beach is quickly accessible on foot, the location is very quiet and we could relax very well here. We would love to come back to this great apartment and once again say a big thank you to Arnoud for his great hospitality. We have been to Noordwijk several times but have never had such a warm welcome. Hopefully see you soon...

Beautiful bright modern apartment - very nice host !

Very modern, bright flat - very clean. The coffee machine is filled with coffee in the morning, fresh flowers, everything lovingly decorated. Arnoud is very friendly and pleasant ! An all round lovely weekend in Noordwijk. The beach is 10 minutes away. There are plenty of parking spaces on the beach (daily fee 7,50€). We felt very comfortable and would like to come back again!

Great accommodation!!!

The house is very tastefully and beautifully decorated, fresh flowers and a bottle of wine on arrival are the icing on the cake and make you feel very welcome! The coffee from the fully automatic machine is very tasty! It is very convenient that bed linen and towels are included! It is 5 minutes by bike, 10 minutes on foot to the beach and about the same to the pedestrian zone. The house is very well situated. Arnoud is a very helpful and nice host! We will definitely come back!
The great thing about Noordwijk is that it offers many excursions nearby, for young and old.

Sunny summer days at Björn's Beach House

We had a wonderful time out in Arnoud's Beach House with glorious summer weather.
The flat is absolutely recommendable and we can warmly recommend it to every Noodwijk holidaymaker.
The host Arnoud is always approachable and always helps in a very obliging way.
After a delicious breakfast at the cosy dining table (always with a delicious cappuccino or latte macchiato), we went on many excursions
The great city of Leiden is very easy to reach by bike from here and our absolute recommendation.
And in the evening, watching the sun sink into the sea in one of the great bars on the beach .... our favourite was the beach club Witsand ...it couldn't be nicer!

We will definitely be back and thank Arnoud and his wife for their special hospitality.

Dream holiday with Arnoud

We had a super great holiday week in this wonderful holiday flat! Already when booking we fell in love with the great interior and upon arrival it was clear: everything is perfect here!
The open and at the same time very cosy rooms combined with the modern interior were perfect for our girlfriends' holiday. We felt like at home!
The location is great, quietly situated, but you can still get to the long sandy beach or the centre for a shopping tour.
Arnoud is the best host we have ever had, he always helps with tips and the best recommendations.... we felt completely comfortable and are already looking forward to our next holiday in this beautiful flat!

For us, as a family, in addition to the positive reviews already available, a spacious, bright, attractive holiday apartment and proximity to the town center were decisive. "Björns Beach House" combines both, not least thanks to the landlord's hospitality...
We rented bicycles for the entire time, which we can highly recommend, as the cycling network is superbly developed.

Super Urlaub

We (2 adults, 2 children) felt very comfortable in Noordwijk. The beach and shopping street were easily accessible on foot, the weather was nice. We spent several days at the beach and enjoyed the waves, which were really fun. The accommodation was very modern yet cozy, our landlords were super nice and helpful.

Perfekt für eine Auszeit

We stayed as a family with 2 children at Bjørns Beach House and were very happy. The location is perfect. And the apartment has everything to feel comfortable! This was very important for us since we also had rainy weather and stayed in the apartment. Arnoud and his wife are very nice and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay and will come back. very nice modern holiday apartment

In this holiday apartment, you immediately feel comfortable. The reception by the landlord is very warm and open. He promptly provided a second key for our tall girls. The delayed arrival due to traffic was also not a problem; he is always easily reachable via WhatsApp.
The location is excellent, it's a 10-minute walk to the beach, and you can see the sea from the balcony upstairs. Having a parking spot on the property is worth its weight in gold in Noordwijk. The apartment is very spacious, we were 4 people and had a lot of space. Newly, modernly, and practically furnished from the bedrooms, a stylish bathroom, the kitchen with the latest technology appliances, and in the living room TV and music comfort at its best. Overall, it was very clean and gave the impression that guests also handle everything with care. The price is not exactly cheap. But you get exactly the feel-good atmosphere that you see in the photos. Therefore, the price/performance ratio is also okay. We will definitely come back, our girls also liked it. Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung

We stayed in Noordwijk for a week in April and felt very comfortable in the apartment. Modern yet very cozy. The beach, bike rental, and the center of Noordwijk are easily reachable on foot. Arnoud was a very friendly and helpful landlord!! We will definitely come back.

Easter 2017

We were 5 adults in this house for 2 days. This was our best choice. :-) The house is very beautiful, modern, clean, and comfortably equipped. The hosts are very nice, friendly, and fully prepared to help. Parking the car directly in front of the house is possible. It brought us full satisfaction. We gladly recommend the house to other guests.

Direct hit

Very nice stylishly furnished holiday apartment with loft character. The apartment is located in a residential area near the beach, nature reserve, and center with all shopping facilities. Everything is reachable by bicycle in 2-5 minutes. Very nice and helpful landlord. We had a great time and are already looking forward to the next holiday with Arnoud.

Restful holiday - great accommodation!

We were "only" two, so we took a couple's vacation. The first contact with the landlord was super positive right away. We arrived on Saturday afternoon and wanted to rent bikes on Sunday, but the rental place was 4km away. However, the landlord immediately offered to take us there and did so. When you enter the apartment, you have an immediate WOW effect. Super modern furnished with attention to detail. Incredibly spacious, high ceilings, a really great apartment. Together with the landlord, it was a really smooth experience. You can ask him anything, and he is always there. We lacked nothing there, and with the bike, you can really reach the beautiful beach in 5 minutes. There are many beach clubs on the beach, but at the beginning of the promenade, the "Alexander Beach Club" is recommended, where we spent a lot of time.

Lidl is also just a 10-minute drive away for shopping, otherwise, there is a supermarket in the city. Furthermore, the location is also great for exploring The Hague or Amsterdam again. That's not far.

But back to the apartment: Outside there is space to sit, the spacious living room and dining area are great, the bedroom is large and bright, and if you have children, they will find a beautiful loft bed.

We really felt comfortable there and it was a great vacation for us!
