The small, quiet complex amidst greenery with a private pool belonging to the residential complex, at the beginning of the small town of Montescudaio. POOL rarely used. The ground floor apartment, surrounded by private gardens, a terrace with a 180° panoramic view of the MEDIEVAL FORTRESS of Montescudaio, the gentle hills, pines, cypresses, all the way to the plain of Cecina and the "ETRUSCAN COAST". EVERYTHING WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE. With a 5-minute WALK along the "main street" you reach the small so-called "SQUARE" of MONTESCUDAIO, where you can sit at a table under the trees with a CAPPUCCINO or a delicious SPRITZ. . . and read the German newspaper, which was bought in the shop next door. Grocery stores, an AWARD-WINNING BUTCHER, the pharmacy, even an antique shop, MANY good restaurants and BARS... We will inform you about all this in writing in advance! It is important to us to encourage your INDIVIDUALITY!
The POPULATION is extremely friendly: LANGUAGE is never a barrier! 6 km from Montescudaio lies the small town of CECINA by the SEA with many SHOPPING OPTIONS: These can, in the long term, match the quality of their food products, e.g. compete with our German delicatessen shops! Once a week there is a very large market in Cecina with clothing, leather goods, local vegetables, food, flowers, which even attracts residents from all surrounding areas!
The LANDSCAPE is the northernmost part of the Maremma. Its COAST consists mostly of uninterrupted sandy beaches, accompanied by pine forests.
A few kilometers north of Cecina, the Via Aurelia runs along the HIGH COAST above the sea. The PANORAMA with old WATCHTOWERS and CASTLES rewards anyone who stops to go down for 5 min. on the well-trodden paths and swim in the bays.
The WATER is clear and deep, there you can surf, dive, etc.

Simply very good in price and performance.
Very nice apartment with really everything it needs - completely tastefully furnished. Beautiful surroundings, very quiet, in its own gated area. Shopping options and the center within walking distance. The sea with long and open beaches reachable by car in five minutes. Apartment excellently equipped by the landlords with information about Tuscany, its sights, peculiarities, and special events. Really great. Landlord very friendly and helpful in every respect, always reachable, which we have never experienced before.
The sea at the end of October still about 19 degrees,

Great vacation
Great holiday apartment!
Super equipped, clean, with a fully equipped kitchen and good mattresses, so you can rest well for very nice excursions in the beautiful Tuscany.
Lovingly furnished, quiet, and located in the midst of greenery with a beautiful view of the medieval town.
Fortunately, we didn't need the available mosquito nets.
It was also great that the many informational materials and personal tips from the landlords enriched our activities and restaurant visits. All places were easily reachable as day trips.

Um so mehr tut uns Leid gerade Sie, bei Ihrem dritten Urlaub bei uns, dieses Mal etwas entäuscht zu haben.
Familiäre Probleme, gerade an der Spitze der Hochsaison, haben unsere Aufmerksamkeit weit weg von Montescudaio abgelenkt, und die plötzliche Erkrankung der Zugehfrau überascht!
Das wird nicht wieder passieren, versprochen!

Great holiday apartment
We had a very nice stay as a family with a child in the holiday apartment in Montescudaio. The equipment is top-notch and the air conditioning is ideal during the warm Tuscan summers. You can reach the town in 5 minutes on foot and the first restaurant in 2 minutes. The car is parked in its own parking space and the complex is protected by its own access gate. The complex with the pool is very beautiful and very well maintained. We would be happy to come back.
Mrs. T. As landlords, they are charming, extremely friendly, and act as virtual tour guides with their many valuable tips on culture, restaurants, and current events.
Contractual matters, key handover, etc. are very well organized and uncomplicated.

Super host and apartment
We were in Tuscany for the first time, and we can really recommend it as a holiday destination. There is so much beautiful and cultural to see.
The holiday apartment has almost EVERYTHING that you would have in your own home. The furnishings are sensational.
It is very well-maintained and lovingly equipped. The air conditioning and mosquito nets were wonderful in the hot temperatures. The pool area is also good. New sun umbrellas would be nice.
Unfortunately, there is no Wi-Fi available. It would be great if that could still be arranged. With roaming nowadays, it was manageable for the duration of the stay.
The host is really very kind, helpful, and very, very attentive.
She has summarized great and helpful tips on where, when, and what to do or visit.
Even the little guests are considered. They thought of children's dishes, children's band-aids, a step stool in the bathroom, etc. Totally lovely and attentive. We felt very comfortable and will definitely go back there!!
