The large, comfortable terraced house "Casa Monte Castello" is located in Tignale-Aer on the western shore of Lake Garda on a plateau about 500 m above the lake. The Casa Monte Castello 2016 was completely refurbished. It has a south-facing balcony and a furnished terrace with wonderful views. On the ground floor there is a light-filled living / dining room with beautiful bow passage to the modern kitchen which is equipped with everything to conjure up a meal for loved ones and a guest toilet. Satellite TV and WiFi are also available. The upper floor has 3 bedrooms and a bathroom with shower and bath. The house also has a garage for bicycles and motorbikes, two parking spaces, a laundry and is equipped with everything a comfortable and relaxing stay allows such. As washing machine, dishwasher. Children and dogs are welcome!

Location and surroundings of object
The house is located in the district of Aer on the plateau of Tignale with your 6 districts. Approximately 2 km from the apartment is the center of Gardola with all shopping facilities, restaurants, pizzerias and doctor and pharmacy. In about 3 km there is a public swimming pool (admission incl.) And the visitor's center and a high ropes course. Tignale lies on the western shore of the lake, on a plateau 500 meters above the lake in beautiful park Alta Brescia. The panoramic location allows for numerous hiking or mountain biking always new insights into this fascinating landscape with the opposite liegenen Monte Baldo massif. The quiet area with lush Mediterranean vegetation is also ideal to relax and unwind. Yet Tignale is so central that you can quickly the lake or other of the numerous excursions achieved z. B. trips also to the hinterland to Ledro lake or even a trip to Verona.

A beautiful vacation comes to an end.
Today unfortunately is our last day here in our beautiful accommodation. We can recommend everything without reservation. Starting with the competent, very friendly, and uncomplicated service from Mrs. Hiesel, thank you again, through the great accommodation up to the unique location. We were able to enjoy the lake view and the view of nature from our wonderful terrace for breakfast and dinner. The house is equipped with everything you could wish for. The welcome was very warm, a well-chilled bottle of good rosé was waiting to be enjoyed on the terrace with a lake view, the beds were already made, towels were ready. Thank you for everything! The location is beautiful and the small villages here are simply enchanting with everything you need for daily necessities. A completely great holiday that leaves nothing to be desired.

Highly recommended vacation home - Beautiful view
With 4 adults, we spent two wonderful weeks at the house "Casa Montecastello" in the quiet Tignale (district Aer). Upon our arrival, the friendly landlord awaited us for the key handover, led us through the house, and showed and explained everything to us. The house is large, and the individual rooms are clean, nicely furnished, and well equipped. Bed linen and towels were provided. The house comes with its own large car garage, providing direct access to the house. This ensured that our car was always well protected and pleasantly cool. The highlight is the large terrace, offering a fantastic view of Lake Garda. The terrace is equipped with a charcoal grill, 2 sun loungers, and a large table with chairs. The house served as a starting point for many activities around Lake Garda. Hiking trails were also accessible directly from the house. In Aer, apart from a small bar (Bar Silvana), there are no dining or shopping options. However, the main village Gardola can be reached on foot in about 15 minutes, where there are various shopping options (supermarket, bakery, butcher, pharmacy, etc.). Additionally, Gardola has some nice restaurants and bars. It should be noted that Tignale is situated on a mountain above Lake Garda, so you cannot just walk down to the lake. Although there is a shuttle bus operating between the various districts and the small port/beach of Tignale, having a car is highly recommended.

Wellness Centre
Upon entering, we immediately felt very comfortable. The house is freshly renovated and very clean. The facilities are very good, and the kitchen is also well equipped. The special luxury is the terrace with a magnificent view of the lake and the private garage with direct access to the apartment. From the house, you can start your hiking or mountain biking tour directly. We highly recommend this accommodation without reservation.

Great holiday at Lake Garda
We were all very excited about what awaited us and were so impressed that we immediately felt "extremely" comfortable. Since we were traveling with our Harleys - we couldn't have found a better place than this super beautiful pampering retreat. The garage was a dream - so big... amazing, some don't have it at home (we do, but... just TOP). The handover went smoothly... also in terms of timing - clean holiday apartment... top equipment... It was just perfect and then the awesome view. . . . always a pleasure! Thank you very much and we will gladly come back in the next years. . . .
