The spacious North Sea chalet on Ameland with 2 double bedrooms offer room to a maximum of 5 persons. In its cosy livingroom you’ll find 2 couches, a small table, cable TV, free Wifi and a dining table with 5 chairs.
It also has a big indoor veranda. Here you’ll find a lounge set and a dining table with also 5 chairs. This makes dining outside possible whenever the weather is sunny.
All beautifully situated behind the dunes and the North Sea beach
The completely furnished kitchen has a spacious working top with an RVS rinsing bin, an electrical cooker with four hobs, a hood and a built-in fridge with freezer.
It has one double bedroom (double bed: mattress 140 x 200) and one bedroom with three single beds, including a bunk bed. The bedrooms have spacious closets. All beds have 1 person duvets.
All North Sea Chalets are equipped with a free cot and a highchair for the young ones.
The bath room is functional and has a washbasin with mirror, a spacious shower cabin with glass door and, of course, its own toilet.
Each chalet has its own parking place so you can park next to your own chalet.

Location and surroundings of object
Holiday Park Klein Vaarwater (in English: Small Waterway) is on the eastside of the island in the village of Buren. The Camping is large with enough room for every visitor. It borders on the forests and dunes of Ameland. The North Sea Chalets are at the border of the camping and all have big indoor verandas.
The Holiday Park has a well-equipped supermarket, a boutique, snackbar, indoor pool and a nice restaurant. It also has a bowling alley, a tennis court and midgetgolf.
During most of the school holidays an animation team will present a program full of variation with sport, games and family activities.
In short: everything is available to make your weekend or holiday the best ever! Ameland is known by its splendid nature, broad beaches, picturesque villages, great facilities (pubs etc.) to have a good time. Fairs and parties organised on Ameland will let you enjoy the nice atmosphere but you can also find loads of quiet places.
From Holwerd a ferry will take you to the beautiful island of Ameland in 45 minutes.
Ameland is certainly suitable to discover by foot or by bike. Bikes can be rented everywhere so it will be no problem to travel around the island. Hiking excursions are also organised. It is possible to make a tour by tractor to the national park De Hon and you can make your own mustard at the Mill ‘De Verwachting’ (English: The Expectation).
We promise you that you’ll enjoy the spectacular demonstration of the rescue boat that is pulled by 10 giant horses over the beach into the sea.
The village of Buren has a couple of small shops, nice restaurants and pubs. Just outside the village of Buren fishing ponds can be found. They are filled with trout.
The village of Nes is built around the church tower of 1723. If you like cosy crowded places, you’ll like Nes. In this picturesque village you’ll find cute and trendy shops and restaurants with heated terraces.
The small village of Hollum is known for its 58 metres high lighthouse, nice beach and the 9 holes golfcourt. And last but not least, there is the village of Ballum where the airport is situated with opportunities for parasailing and paragliding.
