We had a super nice time in the beautiful holiday home in Moraira. The house is very spacious, super large living room with two large couches that invite you to relax. We miss you already!
Furthermore, the house has a huge terrace where you can have breakfast from 9.15 a.m. even in winter. The proximity to the beautiful bay of El Portet is great.
We would also like to mention the good care of the on-site manager, who could be contacted at any time and was immediately on hand. She was always there for you!

Hello, we were in this house for the first time in Christmas 2008/2009, everything was great. We also stayed here in the summer of 2009 and everything was okay. We came back in 2014, and there were already some things that needed repairing, which we reported. This year, we returned to the same house, and we have to say that everything that was broken two years ago is still broken today, a shame. We will not recommend this house anymore.

Zwischen den Aufenthalten dieser Mieter von 2014 und 2016 haben 25 andere Feriengäste einen schönen Urlaub in diesem Haus verbracht, wir haben nachweislich von k e i n e m dieser Mieter Reklamationen erhalten bzgl. irgendwelcher Dinge, die es nötig hätten repariert zu werden. Der gute Zustand des Hauses wurde oftmals ausdrücklich gelobt. Die Hausbetreuung vor Ort würde erforderliche Reparaturen selbstverständlich sofort durchführen. Wir erlauben uns noch anzumerken, dass wir eine „Forderung“ der Mieter, welche diese Bewertung abgegeben haben, auf eine hohe Mietpreis-Reduktion (mit der Begründung: das Haus wurde mit weniger Personen genutzt, als ursprünglich von ihnen geplant) abgelehnt haben …

we love to look back on our vacation

We fondly remember our vacation in Moraira, it was fantastic. The villa was easy to find. We were very satisfied with the house and the support was helpful and friendly. What's great about this house is that each bedroom has its own bathroom. Our children were thrilled with the grill on the terrace, as well as the pool and the amazing view. We can really recommend this villa.

3 wunderschöne Wochen

We spent 3 wonderful weeks in this house in El Portet/Moraira. The house is highly recommended - especially because of the view. The on-site support was very courteous and friendly. She does her job very well, and you feel well taken care of by her. Also, a compliment to Mrs. Eckert. As always, everything, from booking to the end, went wonderfully.
