A particularly charming and high-quality holiday home, rated as "excellent".
The child-friendly, bright, quietly situated holiday home can be used by 2-6 people and is comfortably, cosily and tastefully furnished.
The entire property, including garden, outdoor sauna and parking space, is completely fenced and therefore ideal for children and dogs.
Next to the DHH there is a wooden garden house 3x3m with 6 wheels, 2 scooters, handcart, kettcar, 2 skateboards, deckchairs and cushions for the garden area
Through a large double-winged patio door you can reach the covered terrace with dining table group, loungers and parasol, the outdoor storage room with electric and charcoal barbecue, shelves and toys, the coverable sandpit, the large lawn garden with fruit trees and shrubs, the parking space for your car, the bicycle rack for the bikes and the path to the entrance door
The living room on the ground floor has a spacious living/dining area of 33m²
The dining area with the dining table seating group and 6 chairs offers plenty of space for eating and playing due to its generous integration into the bay window. The large double patio doors and the bay window with its 2 glass doors provide plenty of light, sun and closeness to nature
In the living area there is a seating set, which is also suitable for sleeping or resting, a coffee table, a cupboard with enough dishes, glasses and games and a child's high chair. All technical facilities, such as SAT-TV, stereo with CD-player and DVD-player are of course at your disposal
A door leads from the WZ to the outside storage room, where you will find a barbecue, toys, hoover and shelves for cool storage of your drinks
On the ground floor there is a 2nd bathroom with shower, WC and washbasin
A generous staircase leads to the upper floor and through an arched door to the kitchen with sink, dishwasher, cooker with 4 ceramic hobs and oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee/bread machine, coffee pad machine, hot air fryer, toaster, water/egg boiler and sufficient crockery and cutlery
There are 2 bedrooms on the upper floor.
In the large bedroom there is a double bed (2x2m) and a pull-out double sofa bed with slatted frame, a wardrobe, a chest of drawers, 2 consoles and a children's folding bed. As technical equipment, a second SAT-TV and a wake-up radio are available
The small room has 2 single beds (2x0,9m), a wardrobe and a board and can be used as a living/bedroom. The bay window area with 2 glass doors provides a lot of light and sun, a dining area with table and 3 chairs is integrated here.
The staircase leads up to the attic. In this wood-panelled open attic there is another small attic room with 2 low-set single beds (2x0.9m), console, built-in cupboards with skylight. It is only suitable for children and small persons (low head height: max: 1,65m) and only furnished for sleeping. The room is open to the stairs. Here your children could sleep separately.
All windows can be darkened by roller blinds or curtains, all bathrooms, the kitchen and the entire ground floor are completely tiled and the upper floor has laminate flooring. A central heating system heats all rooms
You may bring your dogs, they can run free on the completely fenced property and Neßmersiel also has a dog beach and a dog playground.
Our very well-maintained charming holiday home scores with our guests with the covered terrace, thanks to which you can spend time in the fresh air even when it rains, thanks to the completely fenced garden you enjoy undisturbed free space, thanks to the outdoor sauna you feel wellness, thanks to the bicycles that can be used you can explore the surrounding area in a sporty way and thanks to the supermarket that can be reached in a few minutes on foot and the many restaurants you are quickly well supplied.

Location and surroundings of object
The holiday home is located in the coastal resort of Neßmersiel on the southern North Sea on the East Frisian North Sea coast within sight of the dune islands of Norderney and Baltrum between the towns of Norddeich and Dornumersiel.
The holiday home is situated in a holiday home settlement on the outskirts of Neßmersiel in a quiet play street with turning circle and additional parking spaces d. a. Dike near the beach
It is only a few minutes' walk to the sandy beach, ferry port, kite meadow, dog beach, dog playground water playground, children's playgrounds and the centre of the village with its shops, restaurants and Sturmfrei leisure centre.
The entire property of the holiday home, including the garden and parking space, is completely enclosed with a fence, hedge and garden gate and is therefore ideally suited for your children and your dogs, which you can let run around freely here.
Neßmersiel has a sailing, motor and ferry harbour, from which ferries leave daily to the nearby island of Baltrum, a m² sandy and bathing beach, a dog beach and a fun agility park (dog playground).
In the village there are several shops, cafés, tea rooms, kiosks, snack bars, pizzeria and nice restaurants a paddle and pedal station, a petrol station and the 3200m² family leisure centre Sturmfrei with wellness, sauna, fitness, massage, treatments, games and entertainment area, swimming pool, cinema with vibrating seats, bowling alley, table tennis, football golf and changing Ivent events.
Just a few minutes' walk over the dyke takes you to the ferry pier, Doroness Express, sandy beach, sailing and motorboat harbour, windsurfing, fishing and children's playgrounds, boules courses, kite meadow and the harbour restaurant.
At the beach of Neßmersiel you can experience high and low tide depending on the tide and from here you can take part in guided, health-promoting mudflat walks into the mudflats or to the nearby dune islands of Baltrum and Noderney (only possible from Neßmersiel).
Your versatile cycling tours, also combined with "paddle and pedal", start directly at the house and can lead through the whole of East Frisia, the 7 North Sea islands and neighbouring Holland
Ferries depart daily from Neßmersiel harbour to the nearby island of Baltrum and many adventure boat trips to the seal banks and island tours.
In the neighbouring villages you will find several heated seawater wave pools, indoor pools, the Ocean Wave and the Nordseetherme Sonneninsel, the Doroness Club, moorland museums, ship museums, marine museums, local history museums, museum railway, water castles, the moated castle of Lütestsburg, the Eternal Sea high moorland lake, seawater aquarium, pet park, spa centre, piers, promenades, nature parks, seal banks, lighthouses, children's theatre, cinema, library, bowling, mini-golf, skating rink, riding stables, old town sphere and other attractions.

Beautiful holiday home on the coast
Huus Wattenmeer is a beautiful holiday home (semi-detached house).
The property is completely fenced and there is a covered terrace.
The house has a good, spacious layout and is modern and cozy furnished.
We would love to vacation there again.

miserable, in need of renovation, and disappointing
The kitchen has already been repaired multiple times and does not meet today's standards. The living-dining area has seen better years. In the bedrooms, the slopes by the beds are too low, you constantly hit your head. It is oppressive to sleep there. The attic is purely a nuisance. The bathroom and toilet need to be renovated. Additionally, the washing machine should be replaced, there is no possibility to dry laundry. Overall, the house has aged, which also applies to the outdoor area. The property management is difficult to reach and was not present.

Es ist unsere 1. schlechte Bewertung überhaupt und voller Rechtschreibefehler, wir hatten bisher fast ausschließlich 5 Sterne-Bewertungen, die können sich ja nicht alle irren.
Selbstverständlich wird unser Haus ständig renoviert; da es fast immer ausgebucht ist, ist dieses auch erforderlich. Der Standard ist so, wie von uns beschrieben.
Die Schrägen in den Schlafzimmern und im Spitzboden sind korrekt aufgeführt. Bad, Toilette und Waschmaschine sind einwandfrei in Ordnung. Ein Wäschetrockner haben wir nicht aufgeführt, wir haben nur einen Wäscheständer. Der Rasen wird ständig von unserer Hausbetreuung gemäht.

Das Grundstück ist komplett eingezäunt und es gibt eine überdachte Terrasse.
Das Haus hat eine gute, großzügige Aufteilung und ist modern und gemütlich eingerichtet.
Wir werden dort gerne wieder Urlaub machen.
Küche zweckmäßig ausgestattet. Jede Menge Spielsachen und Fahrräder die wir auch fast täglich in Gebrauch hatten.
Ein kleiner gemütlicher Ort der alles nötige bietet das man einen Erholungsurlaub machen kann mit vielen Ausflugsmöglichkeiten.
Lobenswert zu erwähnen ist auch der Wäscheservice, den viele Feriewohnung nicht bieten. Vielen Dank!
