Description

Our house is located in a 2800 m² gr. Fenced grounds in a secluded location in the middle of a hill. They enjoy a wonderful view of the sea and the medieval town of Mondolfo, whose center is about 1 km from the house. You have total peace, but are not lonely. The nearest neighbors live 100 m above / below. To the sea with free beaches you have just 5 km. And that has our house also parking in the grounds, large, barbecue, outdoor shower with hot water on the ground floor you will find the large fully fitted kitchen with dining area and the 40 sqm large living room with fireplace, satellite TV and large massive benches and tables. The large bathroom has a bath, shower, toilet u. Bidet. Washing machine is also available. Upstairs you will find 4 double bedrooms and a bunk bed for children, Bedding is available. There is a 2nd bathroom with bath, wc. and a large roof terrace. In addition, the house has a gas central heating.

Our house is centrally located and is therefore ideally suited not only for exploring the Marche (Urbino, Corinaldo, caves v. Frasassi, Jesi, Pesaro, Fano, the bays of Ancona, etc) but also in other regions such as Umbria (Lake Trasimeno, Assisi , Gubbio), San Marino, Emilia Romagna (Rimini - Italia in Miniatura, Acquafun-, Ravenna with Mirabilandia amusement park), the Abruzzo and Tuscany. Trademarks are the scenically diverse. From sea to Monte Catria (highest Erhebg. 1701 m), drive about 50 km. Athletic Facilities include around our house everything: From swimming about mountain biking, horseback riding, tennis, hiking to mountaineering. Or you want to relax: given invite our wonderful garden and many walking paths. Mondolfo - which is about 1 km away from our house - is a typical medieval town with a "Rocca", wonderful walking paths, close to the sea. You will find everything: supermarket, butchers, bakers, Pizzeria / Ristorante, bank, post office, bars, ice cream

The perfect home for a family with children and a dog.

We spent two wonderful weeks at the Casa-bella-vista villa. It had everything we needed for a family vacation. The house is well-equipped and very clean. The location and views are fantastic. The property is very large, offering space for fun and relaxation. We will definitely go back there next year.

Recommended for: Families with children, beach lovers, and sightseeing.

Quiet yet very well located holiday home.

Only a few minutes away from the motorway and beach. Idyllically located with a dream view. Small town with all amenities and restaurants within a short distance, yet very quiet. Very nice well-kept garden. Completely fenced, ideal for dogs. Very friendly, helpful and supportive care by the landlord. Correct and fast billing. House fully equipped. Plenty of space inside and outside the house. Central location in the Marche region. San Marino, Urbino, Rimini, Ancona, Loreto, Assisi etc. easily accessible by car. We would love to come back.

Seclusion and yet close

We spent wonderful days in Marotta in the summer of 2020. The large house with lots of charm was perfect for us. The huge fenced-in property offered our children space to play and romp around
The landlord was available by phone at all times and was on hand with advice and practical help. We were even allowed to use the toys, high chair, swing, etc of the grandchildren
The house is a bit older and of course there are signs of use here and there, but this did not bother us at all, on the contrary, we enjoyed every day.

We spent a wonderful week in the house of the Lechner family. There was everything your heart desires. The house is super equipped and very clean. The location and the view are fantastic. The property is so big and offers space to play and relax.

Breakfast with a view

The Casa Bellavista is beautifully situated on a hill with a view of the old town of Mondolfo and the sea.
There were no direct neighbors, which is great with children. We didn't have to consider anyone else. We have 3 rascals, so it can get quite loud sometimes. Our kids had plenty of space to play. Toys were also available. Overall, the house is well equipped.
There was a lot of nature to observe. The most beautiful were the many fireflies in the evening and the bird songs in the morning.
Those who like to ride bicycles and enjoy hilly landscapes will get their money's worth here. The sandy beach is only a few kilometers away.

We will definitely come back.
The contact with the Lechner family was nice and uncomplicated.

Highly recommendable

We (young couple with a dog) stayed at Casa Bella Vista this May (2019) and loved it! For young, active people like us, it was a great location for mountain biking, even all the way to the sea to take a swim break at the public, free beach. On the way back, we would stop in the cute town of Mondolfo to enjoy some ice cream or cappuccino. Mondolfo is so close, you can reach the supermarket in 5 minutes by bike! Despite that, it's a super quiet location, no one is watching you sunbathe in the garden surrounded by trees and bushes, enjoying the beautiful view, and no tourists around - so 5 stars for the location.
The Lechner family is very attentive and accommodating. Mr. Lechner is always available by phone and if there ever were any problems, a neighbor is always on hand. But everything went smoothly for us. Therefore, we were completely satisfied with the service.
The house and garden (all fenced in) are huge - up to 11 people can sleep there! Great rooftop terrace with a view all the way to the sea, olive trees, fruit trees (you can harvest everything if you're there at the right time ;)), lots of space for pets to roam and plenty of room for kids to play, all at such an affordable price. In summary, a very good value for money!
The house was really clean and fully furnished: satellite TV, from coffee to washing machine, new stove, two almost new fridges, pots, bed linen, even children's toys, etc. are all there. You really don't need to bring anything.
Thanks to the Lechner family for the wonderful time and the great and affordable vacation! We have already booked our next vacation at Casa Bella Vista for 2020, this time with friends ;)

Two dream vacations!

After having spent our summer vacations in Denmark in the previous years, we wanted to go to Italy in the summer of 2018. After some research on the internet, we came across the Lechner family's holiday home in the Marche region. The description of the house, as well as the pictures, immediately appealed to us.
In September 2018, we spent three wonderful weeks at Casa Bella Vista in great weather.
The Marche region is truly beautiful and apparently, especially at the end of the season, not very touristy.
The view from the holiday home to the opposite small town of Mondolfo is simply fantastic. It's a bit like time has stood still there.
We had a lot of space in the house and everything you need is available.
Since we had our dog with us, we particularly liked the large, fenced garden with olive trees, pomegranate trees... Emma could really romp around!
And we, the humans, enjoyed the outdoor shower!
When we got home, we decided to spend the next vacation there again.
It was really, really nice!
Dear Lechner family, thank you very much!!!

A real insider tip!

This vacation home of the Lechner family is a real insider tip. It is located in the Marche region - the landscape is very similar to that of Tuscany, only much more original and with only about half as many tourists! The house is located in a secluded position on a hill with an incredibly romantic view of the old village of Mondolfo. In Mondolfo, in addition to a supermarket and a pharmacy, there are also some really nice, typical Italian shops: a great fish market, a small bakery with incredibly good espresso and friendly service, and a classic Italian bar with great ice cream. A true Italian village that does not rely on tourism. For us, the house is perfect. It is spacious, the kitchen is well equipped, and we have plenty of space with our 3 children. There are four bedrooms, so that even 10 people could find a place. The garden is huge and peaceful (every now and then the donkey or a rooster screams) and invites you to linger - especially when swarms of fireflies fly between the bushes and fruit trees at Pentecost. There is a brick barbecue and an outdoor shower - our children really loved the outdoor shower parties. For the children, the nearby sea is naturally the highlight (there are sandy or pebbled beaches), for the man enthusiastic about road cycling, the beautifully hilly surroundings with many hardly traveled roads. In the area, there are countless excursion possibilities such as to Ancona or Urbino, to the caves of Frasassi, to the bays of Monte Conero, etc. It will certainly not be boring! We have spent several vacations at this uniquely beautiful place and will definitely come back again - we have discovered our Italy here.

Holiday home in a great location near the sea

In 2001, we discovered the Marche region during a tour of central Italy and have since returned to this area repeatedly. Among all the beautiful holiday homes, we have taken this one to heart and will be coming here for the fourth time in 2017, mainly for the following reasons:
1. The location: nestled in the hills with a view of the town of Mondolfo, the Apennines, and the sea, secluded but not lonely (a farmer downhill, a farmer uphill).
2.

The spacious and comfortable house: offers a unique atmosphere, tastefully furnished, well-equipped, providing a sense of calm and relaxation.

3. The outdoor area: the large garden, pool, terraces, and panoramic views offer everything we need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The distance to the beach: It's about a 12-minute drive to the sandy beach of Torrette di Fano with a fish restaurant (exquisite cuisine, friendly service, affordable).
The weather: When the clouds hang over the houses further inland, there is a brief shower at the holiday home and the sun reappears. Further features of the holiday home: large property, completely fenced, all windows with mosquito protection, two large refrigerators, plenty of space, quiet, generous furnishings, parking at the house within the property. We usually buy groceries on the way back from the beach at Lidl in Marotta (Italian wines, fruits, vegetables, meat).

Wir (junges Paar mit Hund) waren diesen Mai (2019) im Casa Bella Vista und fanden es super! Für junge, aktive Leute, wie wir, super Lage zum Mountainbiken , sogar bis zum Meer, um dort einen Schwimmstopp am öffentlichen, kostenlosen Strand einzulegen. Über das süße Städtchen Mondolfo zurück, wo man sich immer ein Eis oder Capuccino schmecken lassen kann. Mondolfo ist so nah, man ist in 5 Minuten per Rad im Supermarkt! Trotzdem super ruhige Lage, keiner schaut dir beim Sonnen zu, wenn du im mit Bäumen und Sträuchern voll eingewachsenen Garten liegst und die wunderschöne Aussicht genießt und kein Tourist weit und breit - also daher 5 Sterne für die Lage. Familie Lechner ist sehr bemüht und kam uns in allen Punkten entgegen. Herr Lechner ist immer telefonisch erreichbar und falls es mal Probleme geben sollte, ist ein Nachbar immer abrufbar. Bei uns lief aber eh alles reibungslos. Daher waren wir vollstens zufrieden mit dem Service. Das Haus und der Garten (alles eingezäunt) sind riesig - bis zu 11 Leute können dort schlafen! Tolle Dachterrasse mit Blick bis aufs Meer, Olivenbäume, Obstbäume ( alles kann man ernten, wenn man zur richtigen Zeit da ist ;) ),viel Auslauf für Haustiere und super viel Platz für Kinder zum Spielen, und das für so einen günstigen Preis. Zusammenfassend ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis! Das Haus war wirklich sauber und ist voll eingerichtet: über Sat- TV, von Kaffee-bis zur Waschmaschine, neuem Herd, zwei neuwertige Kühlschränke, Töpfe, Bettwäsche,bis hin zu Kinderspielzeug etc. ist alles da. Man muss wirklich nichts mitnehmen. Danke an die Familie Lechner für die schöne Zeit und den tollen, günstigen Urlaub! Der nächste Urlaub im Casa Bella Vista für 2020 ist schon gebucht, diesmal mit befreundeten Paaren ;) F. König

Dieses Ferienhaus der Familie Lechner ist ein wirklicher Geheimtipp. Es befindet sich in den Marken – das Landschaftsbild ist dem der Toskana sehr ähnlich, nur sehr viel ursprünglicher und mit nur ungefähr der Hälfte an Touristen! Das Haus befindet sich in Alleinlage an einem Hügel mit einem unglaublich romantischen Blick auf das alte Dörfchen Mondolfo. In Mondolfo gibt es neben Supermarkt und Apotheke auch wirklich sehr nette, typische italienische Länden: einen tollen Fischalden, eine kleinen Bäckerei mit unglaublich guten Espresso und netter Bedienung und eine klassische italienische Bar mit tollem Eis. Ein richtiges italienisches Dorf eben, das nicht durch den Tourismus lebt. Für uns ist das Haus perfekt. Es ist geräumig, die Küche ist super ausgestattet und mit unseren 3 Kindern haben wir richtig viel Platz. Es gibt vier Schlafzimmer, so dass sogar 10 Leute Platz finden könnten. Der Garten ist riesig und ruhig (ab und an schreit der Esel oder ein Hahn) und lädt zum Verweilen ein – besonders wenn an Pfingsten Scharen an Glühwürmchen zwischen den Büschen und Obstbäumen fliegen. Es gibt einen gemauerten Außengrill und einen Außendusche – unsere Kinder haben die draußen Duschparties wirklich geliebt. Für die Kinder ist das nahe Meer natürlich das Highlight (es gibt Sand oder Kiesstrand), für den Rennrad begeisterten Mann, die wunderschön hügelige Umgebung mit den vielen, kaum befahrenen Straßen. In der Umgebung gibt es unzählige Ausflugsmöglichkeiten zB. Nach Ankona oder Urbino, in die Grotten von Frasassi zu den Buchten des Monte Conero usw. Es wird bestimmt nicht langweilig! Wir haben an diesem einmalig schönen Platz schon mehrere Urlaube verbraucht und werden bestimmt immer wieder kommen – wir haben hier unser Italien entdeckt
