- This spacious house was built around 1900 and modernised in 2015
- it has 2 bedrooms, two bathrooms and plenty of space to feel comfortable
- a large bathroom with a bathtub for two invites you to relax
- on the second floor there is a large living room and bedroom with three sleeping possibilities, the TV and a book collection
- the cosy conservatory has a wonderful view into the orchard
- The house is heated with a fireplace that feeds the central heating, wood is included
- Board games, a record collection and wifi are available to our guests
- a table tennis table and a fireplace are available in the garden
- Bicycles can be borrowed from us free of charge

Location and surroundings of object
Our house is quietly located on the outskirts of the village of Letschow
Here you can enjoy the rural idyll and tranquillity of Mecklenburg.
If you look out of the window, you can see the "Letschower Tannen" (Letschow Firs), which invite you to hike, pick herbs and mushrooms, go jogging and cycling.
If you want to experience culture and the sea, you can reach Warnemünde, Bad Doberan with the "Molli" or Rostock in 30 minutes by car.
Schwaan is only 5 km away. Situated directly on the Warnow, this small town has a bathing area, an art mill and restaurants. There is even an Indian restaurant with original cuisine. This is an absolute insider tip!
Schwaan was once an artists' colony. The Kunstmühle, once a water mill, now converted into a museum, displays works by the great painters of the time. It's worth a visit, because the paintings are exceptionally beautiful
Adjacent to the mill, a circular path invites you to take a walk along the Warnow. Many rare plants and wild herbs grow there. You can even observe the kingfisher if you are lucky, patient and have good eyes.
A trimaran with 20 seats takes you on a boat trip on the Warnow in the warm season. Every Wednesday and at the weekends. You have the possibility to take your bicycles with you and cycle back to the holiday home. (approx. 16 km)

Rostock Zoo, awarded the title of "Best Zoo in Europe", is a must for every animal lover.
In Warnemünde you can eat well, swim, experience the flair and take a harbour tour with the ships. Warnemünde even has a seal station that can be visited
Groß Raden - museum and settlement from the Slavic period. During the holidays, children and adults can do felting, weave baskets, carve spoons and much more
Bad Doberan has a summer toboggan run and the traditional narrow-gauge railway "Molli"
Wismar summer with concerts
Schwerin is also not far away, for shopping in the Sieben Seen Center or for the festival
Swimming pools, saunas and fun pools in Warnemünde, Wismar and Güstrow are within easy reach.

Beautiful holiday home
We were totally thrilled with this holiday home. It is large, clean, lovingly furnished and the landlords were very nice. The garden was great for our children. You could let them in the garden without hesitation and they had a lot of fun and could always discover something new. I can only recommend it. ?

Peace and pleasure
We felt comfortable there right away, it was cozy and quietly located. We could contact the landlady at any time if we had any questions or concerns.
It is advisable to have a car as you have to drive a bit for shopping.
The house is recommended.
