The holiday flat has a spacious living-dining room and 2 separate bedrooms with room for 4 people. A large, opaque terrace invites you to enjoy a cosy barbecue. A parking space in the courtyard is of course at your disposal. The living-dining room is comfortably and modernly furnished, with connection to the terrace. It has a flat screen TV, a DVD player and a stereo system. Wifi is available free of charge. Both bedrooms have high-quality Vorwerk carpeting. One bedroom has a raised double bed. Both beds measure 1.80x2 metres. We will gladly provide you with additional blankets and pillows upon request. We offer you a spacious kitchen with seating. The kitchen has a dishwasher, a fridge-freezer, a built-in cooker with ceramic hob. There is also a coffee machine as well as a capsule machine, bread slicer, kettle and other various kitchen appliances. In the bathroom there is a shower and a toilet. The shower has a ground level entrance. A hairdryer, a cosmetic mirror and various care products are available for you. Our holiday flat is pet-free and non-smoking. You are welcome to smoke on the terrace.

Location and surroundings of object
Our small village is located between the historic imperial town of Goslar and the beautiful spa town of Bad Harzburg. A few steps away from the house is a children's playground. A football field is also not far away. Bus connections are only a few minutes' walk away, as are shopping facilities, various doctors and pharmacies. As Harlingerode is a district of Bad Harzburg, we do not charge the local visitor's tax. In Harlingerode you can make bicycle tours and walks through the beautiful fields. The Brocken is only 18.4 km away. You can reach the Brocken on foot or from Wernigerode by taking the romantic Harzquerbahn. Bad Harzburg also offers its guests the only large cabin cable car in northern Germany, which saves you the arduous climb to the castle hill. The tree-top walk in Bad Harzburg, which has its entrance tower 30 metres above the ground, leads over 20 bridges and invites you to a little adventure. Bad Harzburg has a brine spa, the healing natural brine bubbling up from the 840-metre-deep DR. Harras-Schneider spring in 4 pools. The brine spa also offers a sauna experience. The Silberbornbad in Bad Harzburg is open from May to September. The indoor area has a 25-metre pool, a non-swimmer's pool, a paddling area for the little ones, a sauna area with a Finnish block sauna and a wellness and massage area. The outdoor area has a 50-metre giant slide and an adventure pool. In addition to a restaurant, the Rabenklippen also offers a lynx enclosure with feeding. A great restaurant is open from May to October at the Radau waterfall. The Molkenhaus forest inn has a great view of a clearing where there is game feeding. The town of Bad Harzburg offers its guests various guided tours and events, such as the chestnut blossom festival, horse racing weeks, old-timer meetings or the salt and light festival. The town centre invites you to take a leisurely stroll with its many small cafés. Braunlage is not far from Bad Harzburg. Braunlage offers a mountain bike trail. In winter, there is a chairlift with a ski lift and a snow machine. During the ice hockey season, the Harzer Falken play against other teams from the top league in the Wurmberg Stadium. For cross-country skiers, the Harz offers a large network of cross-country ski trails.

Super suitable for families with 2 children or 2 couples (as there are 2 separate bedrooms with respective double beds) to spend a relaxing/adventurous time in Lower Saxony's Harz/LK Goslar.
Very good location for a trip to the beautiful old town of Goslar, the visitor mine Rammelsberg, the Brocken, the Bocksberg, the Oker/Oker dam, Torfhaus, and much more. The Harz is worth it year-round, both for a short trip and longer.

Beste Ferienwohnung
The apartment is located in a quiet residential area on the ground floor and is equipped with everything a holidaymaker could wish for. We were greeted warmly by the Sievers family, and there were welcome drinks (1 bottle of beer, sparkling wine, and water) as well as snacks available. The apartment is modernly furnished, and the box spring beds are great for sleeping. There are external roller shutters everywhere, and the apartment is very clean throughout. Parking is possible on the property. For New Year, we were even given a bottle of sparkling wine as a gift. We can highly recommend this accommodation and thank you once again very much. Our "insider tip!"
The lovely Sievers family welcomed us warmly on the day of our arrival and showed us the ground floor apartment. We were almost speechless with joy at this beautiful accommodation. We were presented with a newly renovated and well-equipped apartment that left nothing to be desired. Lovingly furnished and equipped with beautiful accessories, it is simply a dream. Two bedrooms with box spring beds, which were very comfortable, a fully equipped fitted kitchen with table and chairs as well as all imaginable kitchen appliances, a bathroom with a floor-level shower, and a large living room with all multimedia devices and access to a large terrace for private use surprised us. In the living room, there was also a large dining area. A home network with 100 Mbit/s left nothing to be desired and was available for free use. The lovingly designed garden elements with solar lights and many flowers create a pleasant atmosphere. The reserved parking space right in front of the house in the driveway was another plus. A means of transportation is necessary to reach the attractions in the area. Pure relaxation is guaranteed. All this and the unbeatable value for money make the holiday home of the Sievers family our "secret tip." Psst, don't tell anyone :-)

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung
Thank you very much again for letting us rent the holiday apartment. We felt very comfortable as the apartment is very beautiful and top furnished. And very quietly located. Even spices were available for the beginning. From here, you can go on very good hiking tours, for example, to the Brocken.

Holiday honeymoon
We felt very comfortable in the flat. It is modern and furnished with a lot of love, we didn't want for anything. The outdoor area is beautifully maintained and planted. Excursion destinations can be easily reached by car in about half an hour, and the daily parking fees of € 3 to € 6 are also reasonable. We would rent this flat again at any time.
