Our holiday flat 54°NORD is located in the beach resort of Heiligenhafen. The flat, newly built in 2016 in a warehouse-style house, offers 3x water views.
Whether the marina, the lake or the Baltic Sea, you have a view of all three. If the pier and the beach are less than 120m away, then this is the right place for you to spend your holiday.
The Graswarder, a nature reserve of a special kind, is right on your doorstep. The cliffs are also only a few steps away and if you need a little more, the old town and the fishing port of Heiligenhafen with its many restaurants and shops are not far away. Heiligenhafen is located directly on the Baltic Sea. The apartment 54°NORD is located in the newly built Strand Resort, directly at the marina, lake, pier and sea.

Situated directly at the A2 and therefore easy to reach, the thought: "Short distances are guaranteed here" continues. Oldenburg in Holstein with its ICE train station is only 16km away and if it should be the plane, the airport Lübeck is not quite so far away (77km).
Heiligenhafen itself is a small independent town with about 9300 inhabitants. The old town with its large market square and many restaurants and shops invites you to stroll and shop.
And if you want to eat really delicious fresh fish, you have several opportunities to do so at the fishing harbour.

Wonderfully beautiful and can't be topped!
As we are already regular guests in the Wintermantel family's beautiful dream home on Usedom, we had already guessed what to expect. But our expectations were actually exceeded. The flat is so perfectly located - beach, marina, fishing port, promenade, lake, shops - all within walking distance. Not only the location but also the furnishings of the flat are a dream. We felt at home right away and even though we were only here for five days we are more relaxed than ever. You simply have to come here again - and we definitely will :-)
