After extensive renovation before the start of the rental period, a fully equipped white country kitchen and a spacious living room with electric fireplace await you.
Of course, we also offer modern entertainment electronics such as digital satellite TV with HD-LCD TV, a Blue-Ray player and a new stereo system. You will find another LCD TV in the double bedroom upstairs.
Special mention - you also surf for free via our DSL connection with W-LAN.
You also don't have to do without a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer during your holiday.
For the smallest guests, there is a cot and a high chair, as well as socket protectors and a stair guard.

We ourselves are always thrilled by this great location - just switch off and enjoy. Neßmersiel is a small, tranquil coastal resort on the East Frisian North Sea coast, an insider tip, so to speak, for all those who like it a little quieter
With its harbour, Neßmersiel offers the opportunity to take a trip to the offshore island of Baltrum or to visit the island on foot with a guided mudflat hike. A cool swim in the North Sea at the guarded bathing beach also always has its charm.
Children can have fun building sandcastles or playing in the playground.
Furthermore, Neßmersiel offers the possibility of paddling on the drainage canals, the Sieltiefs. There is a boat rental for canoes directly in the village, the so-called Paddle and Pedal Station.
All North Sea enthusiasts know that there is no such thing as bad weather at the North Sea, only the wrong clothes. For all eventualities, the "Sturmfrei", a large leisure centre in Neßmersiel, is available free of charge to guests with the Nordseeservicecard - admission to the heated seawater open-air swimming pool in the neighbouring village of Dornumersiel is also free.

Bettwäsche, Kurtaxe werden zusätzlich zu den 10% des Gesamtmietpreises erstattet. Bei neuer Vermietung des stornierten Mietzeitraumes vermindert sich die geschuldete Summe um den Mietpreis der Neuvermietung. Bei deckungsgleichen Konditionen entfallen die Stornokosten.
