Description
After a change of ownership of this beautiful and well maintained apartment is re-rented.
The apartment is located in the lower front part a holiday home
and can accommodate 3 people.
It has a separate entrance with a small balcony with 3 seats.
The Composition of the house is as follows:
In living room there is a double bed, 32 "(80cm) flat screen TV, a dining area, a seating area and wardrobe. This is followed by a small kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator, gas stove and microwave 2flammigen connects.
The bath includes washer / dryer, toilet, shower and wash basin.
From the living room a small staircase leads to a little deeper neighborhood of Frankfurt single bedroom.
The apartment is specially insulated, has Thermopaneverglasung with shutters, air conditioning, electric. Fireplace, safe, etc.
A 2nd shower stall is located right on the doorstep.
Sheets and towels (cot) in the house.
Parking directly outside the house.

The apartment is just down the road, 100m from the sandy beach
The bay is well suited for family holidays.
From the house to the beautiful beach of Cala Romantica is only about 100m. (1 min walk)
From here you can continue to the two northern, also very beautiful, walk sister bays or for about 2km southern natural Cala Varques hike.
There are around the bay only 2 bungalow-hotels. The rest consists of private bungalows. The urbanization Playa Romantica is located on the east coast of Mallorca and is away from Porto Cristo 3 km. As an established port town of Porto Cristo has all-year life with perennial infrastructure.
Mallorca's second largest city, Manacor, is located only about 12 km away. Supermarket and several restaurants and bars are nearby to find in the urbanization. The image of urbanization is characterized by single-family homes. No skyscrapers!

Wonderful out of season
We were there for the second time within a short time and again enjoyed our stay incredibly. The communication with the landlord worked very quickly and he was always very accommodating.

Dreamlike retreat
We spent Christmas alone in the flat as a young couple. The place and the surroundings were virtually deserted - perfect for escaping the stress of everyday life and Christmas in winter. The accommodation pampered us with all the standards we are used to from home. Self-catering was no problem due to our rental car and the kitchen in the accommodation. Communication with the landlord was always very quick and included tips and insider knowledge for local experiences
We are thrilled and wish to return to Cala Romatica next winter

Wonderful holiday
We have just returned from a wonderful holiday and would like to take this opportunity to recommend the flat to others, and to thank the landlord for a very nice contact. The communication beforehand went smoothly, the key arrived on time, the granny flat is well equipped, clean and nicely furnished, we were welcomed with a basket of wine and nibbles, and immediately felt like we had arrived.
The location is great, it really is only a few steps to the beach, which is incredibly idyllic. The village itself is also lovely, you can set off from the beach for walks and hikes, little shops and the beach restaurant are within walking distance - it's all there. We didn't even use our rental car for a few days.
We were there in the low season and had heavenly peace and quiet - could be different in the high season because there is a hotel complex right next to it, but that is just speculation. We like to come back ;-)

Super equipped apartment right on the beach
We spent 8 days in the apartment and had a lovely time there. Upon arrival, there was a nice basket with some treats which we appreciated. The apartment is very well equipped. The beach is within 2-3 minutes, there is a shortcut directly across the street. The location is ideal if you truly want to vacation far away from everything and don't need a beach promenade, etc. It's worth driving to Porto Cristo for dining, as there is a greater selection than in the nearby area. We can wholeheartedly recommend the accommodation!

Pure romance...
The vacation rental has left nothing to be desired in terms of equipment. The price/performance ratio is very good. We believe a fair price per night, but of course, one should not expect luxury equipment. As I said, everything was available, and we felt extremely comfortable. Regarding service, a quick and smooth contact with the landlord can be highlighted, who was extremely helpful. Thanks to our lost key, help was quick to come as he happened to be on a private vacation in Cala Romantica at the same time. From our point of view, the location for this type of vacation is fantastic. Cala Romantica is also connected to the surrounding area by a bus service, but we think that a rental car is essential if you want to explore other beaches or towns. If you prefer a pure beach vacation and don't necessarily want to explore multiple beaches, you will be happy here even without a car. The two apartments are located in close proximity to the beach, about 100 meters, and you are in the sand. We can fully recommend our vacation for two in this holiday apartment and in Cala Romatica.
