The flat house with 3 holiday flats and 2 flats is centrally located in Schwerin. Within a few minutes' walk you can reach Schwerin's city centre, shopping facilities, bakery, petrol station, restaurants, bus stop and all leisure facilities.

28 m² large, up to 3 persons. 1 living/bedroom with double bed + 1 extra bed possible, 1 kitchen + 1 bathroom with shower
Holiday flat 9 and 10
The two holiday flats are identical and have a size of 48 m². They are suitable for up to 6 persons. The flats are divided into 2 bedrooms, 1 with double bed and 1 with bunk bed. In the living room with integrated kitchenette, 2 additional sleeping places can be made by extra beds. There is a desk in the living room. In addition, both flats have 1 bathroom with shower.
Holiday flat 11
The holiday flat 11 is 54 m² large and suitable for 4 persons. It has 1 bedroom with double bed + single bed, 1 living room with sofa bed, kitchenette and 1 bathroom with shower.
We are happy to provide a travel cot and high chair for our younger guests on request. These are non-smoking flats. Your pet is very welcome. You can use W-LAN and a parking space in front of the house free of charge.

Dora booked, received Frieda.
The mattresses were worn out, the "sofa" did not deserve its name. The kitchen equipment is more than sparse, the chairs uncomfortable.
The balcony was really nice, breakfast with bird chirping is unique.

vielen Dank für das Feedback. Wir bedauern es sehr, dass der Liege- und Sitzkomfort nicht Ihren Vorstellungen entsprach. Bisher ist diesbezüglich keine Kritik an uns herangetragen worden. Die Wohnungen im Nebengebäude werden erst seit letztem Jahr vermietet und wurden mit neuen Möbeln ausgestattet. Die Ferienwohnungen Dora und Frieda sind identische Wohnungen, direkt nebeneinander, nur spiegelverkehrt. Die Küchenausstattung ist zweckmäßig. Wir prüfen jedoch, ob etwas fehlt. Wir hoffen, dass Sie dennoch eine schöne Zeit in Schwerin hatten.

Verdrecktes Appartement
We stayed in this accommodation for 2 days. It was simply disgusting. From fingernails and grease splatters in the kitchen to hair everywhere, everything was present. The fridge was so dirty. The sofa had seen better days. I don't want to imagine what it has been through. The supposedly freshly made bed was covered with a torn, undersized cloth. We bought plastic dishes, towels, and some blankets. The kitchen and sofa were not used. The bed was covered with blankets and we were left to sleep without blankets.
It was not possible to walk barefoot.
Everything was sticky.
Dark rooms.
View of yogurt cups thrown out of the window.
Rental agency was informed.
Wanted to inform the landlord.
No response.
Another room was not an option for us.
No flexibility in payment.
Landlord was uncooperative.

Natürlich kann es vorkommen, dass einem das angemietete Apartment nicht gefällt oder es nicht ganz in Ordnung ist. Die Möglichkeit einer Nachreinigung oder aber auch ein Wechsel haben Sie nicht in Anspruch genommen. Erst vor ihrer Abreise nahmen Sie mit mir Kontakt auf um dann den Preis zu drücken. Fehler können passieren, aber die Möglichkeit einer Korrektur müssen Sie ihren Gastgeber einräumen.

Short break in Schwerin
We were very disappointed. We didn't even get the room we booked. Room furnishings were... well, okay. But cleanliness leaves much to be desired. The kitchen was a complete disaster, dirt everywhere, there were even hairs in the refrigerator. We preferred to eat elsewhere. Once and never again! It's a shame about the money you pay for final cleaning that probably never takes place.

Haben Sie die Verunreinigungen gleich nach Feststellung dem Vermieter mitgeteilt? Die Reinigungskräfte sind immer vor Ort und hätten sofort nachgebessert. Ich hoffe, dass Sie dennoch eine schöne Zeit in Schwerin hatten.

Location: Top, Kitchen and Bathroom: Flop
The location of the property is ideal for a short stay in Schwerin. Despite street noise, it is possible to sleep well with closed windows. However, the bathroom and kitchen equipment are catastrophic. Cleanliness leaves much to be desired. The mishmash of kitchen equipment from several centuries does not correspond to the price paid. The kitchen, as described, is small, but it should be possible to provide cutlery, glasses, tableware, etc. to provide sufficient quantity and quality. We went out for breakfast from the 2nd day onwards.

Everything was ok
Unfortunately somewhat noisy due to the traffic, but that is just the way it is on a main street. The lighting in the bathroom was a bit dim. The location of the vacation rental was great, very quickly in the center.
