The 32 m² non-smoking holiday flat is located on a 900 m2 semi-detached property - in the middle of the greenery.
The lovingly furnished rooms offer you not only a modern and comfortable accommodation to feel good, but also countless different possibilities for relaxation and eventful excursions.
The living-sleeping area with integrated kitchen (this is one room) is equipped with a double bed, (installation of a guest bed possible) seating and flat screen TV. Furthermore, there is a hallway and a bathroom with shower in the flat. There are several seating and barbecue facilities in the garden.
There is free parking directly on the residential street in front of the house. Bicycles can be rented. You can park your own bicycles on the property.
For children, there is a sandbox and a swing in the garden.
The holiday flat is close to the city.

Location and surroundings of object
The holiday flat is located in a green area, only a 5-minute walk from Lake Lankow (swimming, rowing boat rental).
The car journey to the city centre takes approx. 10 min. By tram (approx. 10 min walk) you can reach the city centre after approx. 10 min.
The supermarket, bakery, savings bank, hairdresser and the medical centre are only 10 minutes away on foot.
The Baltic Sea / Wismar (approx. 4o km), Rostock/Lübeck (approx. 80 km) or Hamburg (approx. 110 km) can also be reached quickly. As a former royal seat, the state capital Schwerin offers numerous sights. The old town centre with its castle, old garden, theatre and cathedral form the oldest part of the town and are only 5 km away from your holiday home.
Known as "The City of 7 Lakes and Forests" on the Mecklenburg Lake District, you will find excellent recreational opportunities here.
The surrounding area attracts with many castles (Güstrow, Ludwigslust, Willigrad) countless lakes and the most beautiful Baltic Sea beach on the German coast.

NICE HOLIDAY HOME
The vacation home is very lovingly furnished. A modern bathroom with a walk-in shower is perfect. The living/bedroom is modern and very cozy. The kitchen has everything that is needed. There are two comfortable seating areas in the garden. The landlords are very friendly and always have a tip for guests.

We spent a week together in the holiday flat with the Bendin family in Schwerin/Lankow. We liked it very much, in an absolutely quiet location with a very nice garden and a well-maintained and very tastefully furnished flat with everything you need on holiday.

Rundum zufrieden
Für einen erholsamen Aufenthalt zu zweit genau das Richtige! Die Vermieterin war zwar nicht Vorort, was wir wussten, aber durch deren Nachbarin, die über unseren Aufenthalt informiert war, wurden wir bestens informiert und täglich mit frischem Gemüse aus dem eigenen Garten versorgt. Sehr ruhige Lage und ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge mit dem Rad. Auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen.

Ruhiger erholsamer Urlaub mit kleinem Hund
Wir haben eine sehr schöne Urlaubswoche bei Fam. Bendin verbracht. Sehr gut geschlafen,die Küche hatte alles was wir gebraucht haben. Badezimmer mit Dusche auch sehr sauber gewesen. Bettwäsche und Handtücher incl. Herr und Frau Bendin sind immer bemüht das es dem Gast an nichts fehlt.

Holiday flat Bendin
A very nice holiday flat. It is not far to Schwerin. We enjoyed the peace and quiet very much. Everything in the flat is very nicely furnished. Our dog also felt very comfortable. Mr and Mrs Bendin are very caring. We got apples. They are delicious. I can highly recommend the flat.

1 Woche pure Erholung
Diese Unterkunft ist nicht nur in einer perfekten Entfernung zu Schwerin sondern auch sehr idyllisch gelegen. Die Ausstattung ist sehr hochwertig und das Vermieterehepaar hilfsbereit und freundlich. Wir empfehlen dieses Ferienhaus weiter und freuen uns auf einen evtl. weiteren Aufenthalt in Zukunft.
