Description
The holiday home offers two bedrooms, two bathrooms with shower and a walk in shower, a large living area, a fully equipped kitchen, underfloor heating, washing machine. A free parking space is directly at the house. We also offer free Wi-Fi to our holiday guests.
On the large, south-west facing terrace you have the possibility to enjoy the sun almost the whole day. A large parasol offers shade if you want to eat at the dining table with 4 chairs or linger a little on the bench. There is a garden around the house. Since the holiday home is located in a traffic-calmed area, your children can play here without any worries.
Several quiet cycling paths invite you to take cycling tours across the sunny island of Usedom with its picturesque Achterland. One of the many Nordic walking routes leads directly past the holiday home.
If you are looking for recreation and relaxation not only on the beach, you also have the possibility of various wellness activities on the island of Usedom. The Ostseetherme in the Kaiserbad Heringsdorf or the Bernsteintherme in Zinnowitz each offer a wide range of saunas and various wellness treatments.

The seaside resort of Ahlbeck is 3 km from Korswandt and easily accessible by car or bicycle. A cycle path through the Ahlbecker Forst forest leads directly to the emperor's resort of Ahlbeck with its fantastic beach on the Baltic Sea. The imperial resorts of Heringsdorf and Bansin can also be reached quickly.
The Wolgastsee and Gothensee lakes are within walking distance. The Wolgastsee with its own bathing beach 400 m away invites you to swim or take a tour with the rowing boat. A boat rental service offers the opportunity to do so. Holidaymakers who like golf can play on the 19-hole Baltic Hills Usedom golf course, directly in Korswandt or on Lake Balm. It is only a few minutes' walk from the holiday home to the golf course in Korswandt.

A wonderful and relaxing vacation in a great holiday home on the island of Usedom.
We really enjoyed our stay in the beautiful vacation home in Korswandt on the island of Usedom. The vacation home had everything we needed. It is very clean and well-equipped. The quiet location really allows you to unwind.
You can quickly reach the beach and the imperial baths by bike. We also really liked the swimming lake (Wolgastsee) in Korswandt.
Communication with the landlord was very friendly and worked well.
We would love to come back.

Modern holiday home in a quiet location
The holiday home is modernly furnished.
You find the accommodation just as it is shown in the pictures on the internet.
The host responds quickly, friendly, and helpfully both by phone and by email. Everything worked smoothly and pleasantly.
It has two spacious bedrooms.
It has two beautiful, modern, and new bathrooms.
The kitchen is also modernly furnished and is great for cooking. You will find everything you need there to cater for yourself. I particularly liked that fly screens were installed on all windows.
There are parking spaces at the house where you can conveniently park your car.
It only takes a few minutes by car from the accommodation to Ahlbeck.
We felt very comfortable in the accommodation. It rounded off our dream vacation in Usedom. Anyone looking to spend a relaxing vacation at the Kaiserbädern and searching for a quietly located holiday home can only be recommended this accommodation.

Great holiday, great holiday home
This year, because of Corona, things are going differently, so we included Germany as a holiday destination, especially Usedom, in our planning and were happy to have found such a great holiday home on Usedom and it won't be the last time we stay here. Everything is very clean.
The quiet location, the beautiful nature, terrace with garden and facilities that leave nothing to be desired have enabled us to "switch off"
In addition to a bicycle rental, there is a beautifully located restaurant in Korswandt -Idyll am Wolgastsee-, the Wolgastsee as an oasis, bicycle routes, etc. The nearest supermarket is 4 minutes away.

A super clean holiday home in a quiet and relaxing location
Because of Corona, we had to reschedule our destination. As we had never been to Usedom before, we decided to discover the island for ourselves and came across this holiday home.
In short, it has very good facilities and was very clean. We didn't want for anything. The price/performance ratio is right. We always attach great importance to this
The Baltic Sea can be reached quickly and easily by bicycle. The village of Korswandt, with its golf course, the Wolgastsee bathing lake and the Gothensee nature reserve, offers a great and relaxing starting point.
