Location and surroundings of object
In the plains of the Maremma, 2 km from Roselle, the former farmhouse "Plinio" is surrounded by cultivated land in a quiet location with a nice wide view over the country. It is located in a secluded location on a 7000 m² perfectly landscaped, enclosed grounds with lawns, flowers, trees at the house. An apartment is rented in the house, as well as a separately standing cottage (RE6). After Grosseto is 8 km, to the sandy beaches between Marina di Grosseto and Castiglione 20km. In Roselle you will find restaurants and shops of all kinds. A riding school is nearby. Roselle is a former Etruscan center (6th century. V. Ch.), On whose ruins the Romans built a fortified city. Interesting are the excavations of that city with amphitheater, thermal baths and curtain wall. Today Roselle is a small village with restaurants and shops for daily needs, Horseback. After Grosseto is 8 km away and the sandy beaches of Marina di Grosseto 19 km.

Erholung pur!
We a family of 5were looking for a vacation location to get away for the Summer holidays. Our expectations were more than fulfilled when we got here. It was our first time to visit Toskana. The directions were easy to follow, the family is very friendly and always ready to help. The compound is well taken care of with lots of love.
Our kids could not have enough of the pool!
I will always come back to this place to tank my energy.

Quiet Oasis Casa Plinio
Here, relaxation is written in capital letters. The flat, the grounds and the pool are maintained with love and attention to detail. We felt very comfortable and the landlord couple responded to our requests with friendliness. In 10 minutes we were in Grosetto for a stroll through the town and in 25 minutes in Principina a Mare a free beach with free parking.
We will be happy to come back.

Simply great!
We - a family with 2 children - had the entire facility to ourselves and had a great stay. The landlords are very helpful and nice, even if the children are sometimes loud, it is not a problem. The whole facility, the apartment and the pool are very well maintained. Everything you need is available. We would love to come back!

Very family-friendly
We were very happy with our accommodation, the only thing that was missing was an air conditioner, we had very hot nights and couldn't open the doors because of the mosquitoes. The landlords were very nice and helpful and the apartment with pool was perfect for us.

Residence with some drawbacks
In response to the question of whether I can recommend the vacation rental, I would answer with a maybe. There are significant shortcomings in the equipment that I would like to list: coffee machine without a carafe - we made do with a pot, only 2 coffee cups for 4 people, 2 coffee spoons, no wine glasses, and that in Italy, where wine is part of the meal, the bedding was lumpy, the blankets were worn. Our bedroom had no windows and thus no ventilation, the room smelled musty. Despite all these criticisms, it must be emphasized that the hosts are very nice and helpful people, and the property is very pretty. We did not use the pool anymore.

Die Mängel wurden inzwischen behoben, die Kaffeemaschine ersetzt, Tassen, Weingläser, Kaffeelöffel sind vorhanden, auch die Bettwäsche und Decken.
Ich war im Dezember dort, ein Schlafzimmer hat wie beschrieben kein Fenster, es roch nicht muffig!! Von diesem Zimmer geht es in den Vorraum, von daher kann die Tür offen gelassen werden.
Die Eigentümer kenne ich seit 20 Jahren, sie sind äußerst hilfsbereit, sollte etwas fehlen oder kaputt gehen, reicht es sie zu verständigen. Sie wohnen nebenan und haben bisher immer sofort geholfen.
