Private terrace in front of the entrance of the apartment with a large sunroof, lawns, garden furniture, deck chairs. Situated Featured common swimming pool with the house RE6, 9 x 4 x m open from Private terrace in front of the entrance of the apartment with a large sun roof, garden furniture, chairs and outdoor area with lawns and trees. Means partly with antique furniture. 4-burner stove, toaster, refrigerator with freezer. TV-SAT, filter coffee machine. Internet wireless is available for free. Common freezer outside the apartment. Washing machine. A porch with furniture and table tennis, it is up to the home page around the corner, can be shared. Grill. Separate entrance. Parking behind locked gates, Gattertor with remote control. Cotto floors, beamed ceilings. Mosquito nets at the windows. Central heating. Cot and high chair on request. 3 bikes + umbrella for the beach are available. Golf clubs, etc. can be borrowed. Location and surroundings of object
In the plains of the Maremma, 2 km from Roselle, the former farmhouse "Plinio" is surrounded by cultivated land in a quiet location with a nice wide view over the country. It is located in a secluded location on a 7000 m² perfectly landscaped, enclosed grounds with lawns, flowers, trees at the house. An apartment is rented in the house, as well as a separately standing cottage (RE6). After Grosseto is 8 km, to the sandy beaches between Marina di Grosseto and Castiglione 20km. In Roselle you will find restaurants and shops of all kinds. A riding school is nearby. Roselle is a former Etruscan center (6th century. V. Ch.), On whose ruins the Romans built a fortified city. Interesting are the excavations of that city with amphitheater, thermal baths and curtain wall. Today Roselle is a small village with restaurants and shops for daily needs, Horseback. After Grosseto is 8 km away and the sandy beaches of Marina di Grosseto 19 km.

Erholung pur!
We a family of 5were looking for a vacation location to get away for the Summer holidays. Our expectations were more than fulfilled when we got here. It was our first time to visit Toskana. The directions were easy to follow, the family is very friendly and always ready to help. The compound is well taken care of with lots of love.
Our kids could not have enough of the pool!
I will always come back to this place to tank my energy.

Quiet Oasis Casa Plinio
Here, relaxation is written in capital letters. The flat, the grounds and the pool are maintained with love and attention to detail. We felt very comfortable and the landlord couple responded to our requests with friendliness. In 10 minutes we were in Grosetto for a stroll through the town and in 25 minutes in Principina a Mare a free beach with free parking.
We will be happy to come back.

Simply great!
We - a family with 2 children - had the entire facility to ourselves and had a great stay. The landlords are very helpful and nice, even if the children are sometimes loud, it is not a problem. The whole facility, the apartment and the pool are very well maintained. Everything you need is available. We would love to come back!

Very family-friendly
We were very happy with our accommodation, the only thing that was missing was an air conditioner, we had very hot nights and couldn't open the doors because of the mosquitoes. The landlords were very nice and helpful and the apartment with pool was perfect for us.

Domizil mit einigen Abstrichen
Auf die Frage,können Sie die Ferienunterkunft weiterempfehlen, würde ich mit jein antworten. Es sind erhebliche Abstriche bei der Ausstattung zu machen, die ich einfach aufzählen möchte: Kaffeemaschine ohne Krug- wir behalfen uns mit einem Topf, nur 2 Kaffeetassen bei 4 Pers., 2 Kaffeelöffel Kein Weinglas, und das in Italien, wo Wein zum Essen dazu gehört, das Bettzeug war klumpig, die Decken waren verschlissen. Unser Schlafraum hatte keinerlei Fenster und damit keine Belüftung, das Zimmer roch muffig. Bei all diesen Kritikpunkten muss lobend hervorgehoben werden, dass die Gastgeber sehr nette, hilfsbereite Menschen sind und das Grundstück sehr hübsch ist.Den Pool haben wir nicht mehr genutzt.

Die Mängel wurden inzwischen behoben, die Kaffeemaschine ersetzt, Tassen, Weingläser, Kaffeelöffel sind vorhanden, auch die Bettwäsche und Decken.
Ich war im Dezember dort, ein Schlafzimmer hat wie beschrieben kein Fenster, es roch nicht muffig!! Von diesem Zimmer geht es in den Vorraum, von daher kann die Tür offen gelassen werden.
Die Eigentümer kenne ich seit 20 Jahren, sie sind äußerst hilfsbereit, sollte etwas fehlen oder kaputt gehen, reicht es sie zu verständigen. Sie wohnen nebenan und haben bisher immer sofort geholfen.

Urlaub mit hohem Erholungswert
Sehr schöne Gartenanlage und Pool. Es ist etwas abgelegen aber Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe sind vorhanden. Die Wohnung selber ist leider sehr dunkel was uns aber bei super Wetter nicht so gestört hat. Das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis ist gut und wir werden gerne auch nochmals wieder kommen.
