Description
The house facing the Baltic Sea beach is beautifully situated and has a usable floor space of approx. 86 m².
On the GROUND FLOOR you first enter the bright hallway with wardrobe and built-in cupboard, then the bathroom with shower and toilet. From the hallway you enter the large, friendly living/dining room with adjoining kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, extractor bonnet, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave and other small appliances for daily use.
Through the living-dining room you reach the sunny, paved south-facing terrace. Sunshine all day long. Fully furnished with table and 6 high-back chairs, a smaller side table and additional chair.
You will also find a sunshade to prevent sunburn. There are also two sun loungers in the garden house.
And if it rains, the terrace is partially covered. The adjacent garden is huge and invites the kids to play.
On the UPPER FLOOR you will find the two bedrooms with a total of 6-7 sleeping possibilities:
1 large room with a big double bed 180x200 and 2 single beds 90x200 and 1 smaller room with 2 beds: small double bed 140x200 and 1 single bed 90x200
Baby cots/travel cots can also be placed in both rooms. A travel cot is available.
There is a second TV in the large bedroom.
Blackout curtains in both bedrooms ensure a pleasant night's sleep - especially in summer when it gets light early. There are fly screens in front of the windows to keep out annoying mosquitoes.
In the hallway of the first floor, there is also sufficient cupboard space to store laundry and clothing.

The house "zum Ostseestrand" is located in the Baltic seaside resort of Damp in a prime yet quiet location. Via a traffic-free path, you can reach the Damper leisure pool "Entdeckerbad" and the beautiful, fine-sand Baltic Sea beach after only 2-3 minutes on foot.
The "Funhalla", an indoor play park for children, and the "Kubbsala" bowling alley, newly opened in 01/22, are also only a stone's throw away!
It doesn't get any better than this!
The Baltic seaside resort of Damp is located directly on Schleswig-Holstein's coast, bordering the Eckernförde Bay

It can't get any better!
The communication for the rental went very smoothly. Upon arriving at the holiday home, we immediately noticed the attention to detail in the furnishings. We felt very comfortable. The tranquil forest edge location, yet close to the beach, is perfect. And if the weather doesn't invite you to swim, there is an incredible amount to discover in the surrounding area.
