The spacious living / dining area with wood-burning stove and space for four people, a kitchen (coffee machines: filter, Nespresso and scythes), a shower room with WC and the entrance area are on the ground floor. Upstairs are two bedrooms (one with TV / DVD) with double beds and wardrobes. From the pretty living room you have direct access to the terrace with wind and privacy screen and into the great garden. A small gazebo is available for storing bicycles.

This pretty roof-only house with approx. 80 m² living space, a quietly situated garden with a large play lawn, a sheltered terrace with new garden furniture, two gazebos and a second paved terrace in the back garden is located in the beautiful "Ostseebad Damp" near the delightful Schleistadt Kappeln (the "Landarzt" filming location "Deekelsen") on the charming Schwansen peninsula between Eckernförder Bucht and the unique "Ostseefjord Schlei" directly on the beautiful blue Baltic Sea coast (approx. 3 minutes walk). The holiday home is located directly in the family-friendly spa town of Damp, right on the Baltic Sea in a small side path of a traffic-calmed cul-de-sac. In just a few minutes' walk you can reach the long white sandy beach, the beach promenade, marina, cafés, restaurants, shopping facilities, maritime boutiques, the bathing paradise "Entdeckerbad", seawater wave pool, mini-golf course, adventure playground, Fun & sports centre with fitness facilities, skating rink, climbing wall, tennis, squash, badminton, bowling, sauna, solarium, children's club, wellness centre for massage, therapy and spas are all within easy walking distance of the spa town of Damp. Not far from the holiday home, the nearby surroundings can be explored by walking or cycling. A stay in the beautiful Baltic Sea resort of Damp is worthwhile at any time of the year.
The Baltic resort of Damp itself offers a variety of leisure and sports facilities. In addition, there are a wide variety of offers in the neighbouring villages, such as: Deep-sea fishing, golfing, horse riding, sailing, diving, water skiing, wakeboarding and internet surfing. Excursions to the maritime harbour town of Kappeln with its impressive double bascule bridge are also recommended. In the evening, numerous restaurants directly on the harbour promenade offer their specialities from Land & Meer, such as freshly caught fish and local game specialities. Whether sailing, surfing, canoeing, rowing, fishing, cycling or walking - the unique "Schlei Nature Park" with the "Schlei Baltic Sea Fjord" and the magnificent coastline of the Baltic Sea offers water sports enthusiasts and nature lovers a wide range of leisure activities!

Family Vacation
Upon arrival, we had to search a bit as the house is located in the second row on a footpath. However, this is an advantage, as you only hear the birds and seagulls, and faintly the sea. I slept with the window open and was woken up in the morning by the chirping of the birds. A wonderfully relaxing holiday for my 2-year-old grandson, his parents, and me as a grandpa. We found a good and reliable landlord with the Wietschel family. We will gladly come back.
