Description
The holiday home with two cosy and comfortably furnished holiday flats is located in the middle of nature at Lake Netzen in a small holiday complex. It has its own parking spaces on the property. A light rowing boat for 4 persons is available for our holidaymakers for a small usage fee. Our guests are also welcome to bring their own light boat.
On the ground floor there is a common entrance for the two holiday flats. On the ground floor is the living room with a sofa bed, a fully equipped, comfortable kitchen, a dining area and a cosy sitting area. The modern bathroom with shower, toilet bowl and hand basin is also on the ground floor. From the living room you have access to a rustic wooden terrace in the forest.
In the attic is the bedroom with 3 beds. Two beds can be put together as a double bed.
The holiday home has about 33 m² of usable space. The shore areas are protected by an old and high tree population.
A second holiday flat of the same size and equipment is also in the house. If more than one person would like to rent both flats, please let us know.

Location and surroundings of object
The Netzener See holiday complex is located about 4 km from the A 2 motorway, exit Netzen, south of Berlin and Potsdam. The property is located in the middle of nature in an old forest with direct water access to Lake Netzen. Two new marinas with a total of 15 berths have been built
Our spacious holiday complex of about 1 hectare offers everything the guest is looking for for a relaxing holiday. We have several double rooms, three-bed rooms and four-bed rooms in two different guesthouse buildings. These buildings are at ground level and single-storey and also partly equipped with ramps and facilities for the disabled. Directly near the shore, we have two beautiful holiday flats for up to 3 people in our house 1. In house 1, the living and cooking area as well as the bathroom are on the ground floor, the cosy bedroom is in the attic. This year we will build 5 more holiday houses in bungalow style directly on the shore for families. For our guests and for water tourists we have built 2 new jetties. A small sandy beach is being built directly next to one of the jetties. Our camping friends can use a limited number of pitches on our grounds. There are sufficient free parking spaces for our guests and visitors.
The restaurant "Klause am See" is located on our holiday site. There are 40 seats in the restaurant and about 40 seats in the beer garden area. The "Klause am See" offers good home-style German cuisine with regional specialities from the Brandenburg area. The products are served fresh from the producers on the table. There is a separate breakfast room at the back of the restaurant. Here our holiday guests can book a hearty breakfast on request
Next to the restaurant building, a playground invites children to romp around.
Our facility is popular with water hikers and water tourists. For these guests we have a separate sanitary building with showers and washing facilities.
The nearest village is Kloster Lehnin. Kloster Lehnin is a friendly and clean place where you can get everything you need. The village has a total of inhabitants, there are banks, doctors, various shopping facilities, cafés, several supermarkets, pharmacies and two petrol stations.
Lehnin Monastery is a former Cistercian abbey in the village of Lehnin. This community southwest of Potsdam is named after the monastery. founded in 1180 and secularised during the Reformation in 1542, it has housed the Luise-Henrietten-Stift since 1911. The monastery is located in the centre of the Zauche plateau in woodland and water-rich surroundings about 700 metres from the Klostersee lake.
Lake Netzen is about 2.4 km long. The average depth is 2.5 m. The shores are fringed with reeds. There is a bathing area with a jetty in the village of Netzen. At the Nahmitz harbour you can even hire a wide variety of sports boats. You will find a boat hire station and the "Klause am See" restaurant on our premises. Furthermore, an attractive bathing area awaits you. There is a bird watching tower near the village of Netzen. There is also a small rest area for water walkers just before Netzen, coming from Rietz. Lake Netzen is particularly popular for muscle-powered water sports and for sports boats.

Cancellation terms:
Cancellation by the tenant. The following flat-rate cancellation fees will be charged: Cancellation up to 45 days before the start of the rental period, 25% of the rental price, but at least €25. Cancellation 44-8 days before the start of the rental period, 80% of the rental price. Cancellation 7-3 days before the start of the rental period, 90% of the rental price. Cancellation 2 days before the start of the rental period or no show, 100% of the rental price.

Everything is in perfect order. It's a shame that the restaurant was closed. I hope for some information. I would like to rent the house behind it in summer 2017. That would be really great. Best regards.

Spa and hiking vacation.
Cozy and practical furnished, close to the water with a small bathing area and pier. Very friendly staff. With windows closed, the highway is barely noticeable, if at all.

Great facility, we'll be back.
We have spent beautiful days. The vacation home is brand new and the restaurant located on the premises offers everything you need. On nice weather days, it is very cozy in the beer garden.

Everything there in the flat, beautiful corner in Brandenburg.
We were only here for a short time, the flat has everything you need. The restaurant in the grounds is very pleasant. The property is right on the water. From Trechwitz you can easily get to Brandenburg, Potsdam and Berlin. You can even get to the Havel waters by boat, so we'll be back for longer.
